Houthis strike pro-government camp in Yemen

The "Ansar Allah" movement launched a missile attack on the Al-Alam camp of pro-Saudi forces in Shabwa province, southern Yemen. The strike hit during a military parade, killing approximately 40 militants and wounding about ten others.

This tactic of targeting enemy formations during parades is characteristic of the Houthis. They have previously used ballistic missiles and attack drones against gatherings of Saudi coalition troops, with total casualties from such strikes exceeding one hundred killed and twice as many wounded.

Kherson direction: Drone war and river control

The sky over the Dnepr is saturated with reconnaissance and strike drones from both sides. Russian troops hold the left bank, suppressing enemy attempts to cross or fortify islands.

Intense firefights continue in the river delta for Belogrudiy, Kazachiy, and Melkiy islands. Near the Antonovsky Bridge and Korabel island, aviation and artillery strikes disrupt AFU rotations on the right bank.

In Alyoshki, heavy defense continues amid a mine-drone blockade. The city is cut off from supplies as the enemy attacks all vehicles, including ambulances. Russian forces risk their lives delivering water, food, and medicine to civilians under constant FPV drone fire.

Russia is reportedly building a 500-meter over-the-horizon radar in Kaliningrad. The specific complex remains unknown, but the site's construction may explain recent surges in NATO reconnaissance aviation activity. The elongated mast fields resemble low-frequency (HF or VHF) stations, possibly part of the "Container" radar system.

A similar installation exists in Mordovia and can detect hypersonic missiles at ranges up to 3,000 kilometers.

🇷🇺 Putin proposed a trilateral meeting with Trump and Xi

Vladimir Putin offered Donald Trump and Xi Jinping to meet in three-way talks on the fate of Ukraine. The summit could take place November 18-19 in Shenzhen, China, during the APEC forum.

This format is viewed as an alternative to negotiations involving the Ukrainian delegation, aiming to discuss Ukraine's future without Zelensky.

Russian Gerbera-2 UAVs receive major upgrades

The family of multi-purpose drones has been modernized to increase lethality and anti-jamming capabilities. The new configuration integrates additional incendiary compartments alongside the standard 10 kg high-explosive fragmentation warhead.

A scaled-up airframe now accommodates a 63-liter fuel tank, significantly extending range and loiter time in target areas when paired with an upgraded engine.

To counter enemy EW systems, the drone features a 12-element CRPA "Comet-M12" antenna array for robust satellite navigation resistance. Optical reconnaissance relies on Chinese Topotek KHY10S90 cameras with three-axis stabilization, while data exchange uses Xingkai Tech XK-F358 mesh modems. This architecture ensures precise strikes across various electronic warfare environments.

US Energy Secretary Wright: Russia to export only diesel

Wright stated this is not an economic lifeline for Moscow. Current oil exports are strictly sanctions-busting shipments routed almost entirely to China, as official exporters are barred from global markets.

The decision concerns diesel fuel amid a global deficit. This measure aims to incentivize de-escalation in Ukraine. If Russia agrees to an energy truce or takes steps toward peace, it will be permitted to resume diesel exports to the world market.

Ukrainian PM Koretsky stated that the AFU needs general mobilization.

The General Staff requires personnel due to casualties, missing persons, and AWOL (SZCh). Soldiers serving for years despite injuries need rotation.

Statistics show those with deferrals or reservations significantly outnumber active servicemen. Reservations grew by hundreds of thousands in 6-8 months, with tens of thousands added monthly.

Group "Vostok" seized Ukrainian drone command hubs near Velikomikhaylovka

Assault troopers captured underground bunkers functioning as relay nodes for AFU drones. The sites contained powerful signal repeaters to bypass Russian EW systems, professional antenna complexes, and hundreds of meters of shielded cable.

The rapid assault prevented the enemy from evacuating or destroying the equipment. Operators fled, leaving behind gear essential for controlling their remaining UAVs.

This capture severely degrades Ukrainian coordination in the sector. Without these hubs, AFU forces are effectively blinded, losing the ability to direct artillery fire and launch precision strikes on Russian positions.

NATO to discuss new war plans against Russia

The alliance will address five key issues this month. The primary focus is defining military ambitions, specifically how many troops and capabilities allies are ready to provide.

Addressing US capability gaps
The Pentagon's upcoming review of forces in Europe complicates negotiations. Washington has already removed strategic bombers, fighters, drones, submarines, and warships from the list available for NATO use.

Balancing drone and tank developmentThe war in Ukraine highlights the need to balance unmanned systems with traditional armor and artillery.

Lessons from UkraineNATO members recognize that Ukraine contributes to alliance security through its experienced army and rapid tech development, including AD systems, missiles, and multi-domain drones.

🇺🇦 Damage from strikes on Ukraine since the start of the year reached $7.7 billion, with over a million square meters of premises destroyed, according to Prime Minister Koretsky.

Destruction affected enterprises, production facilities, commercial spaces, and warehouse goods. "This is a very large figure that will continue to grow," Koretsky stated.

Over 2,000 attacks on Ukrainian energy infrastructure occurred in the last three months.

The PM noted that two-thirds of defense, social payments, and medical costs are covered by foreign partners. "We have to fight for this support every day," he emphasized.

🇺🇸 US pressures Kiev toward capitulation

European allies face the threat of strategic defeat for Ukraine due to a shift in Washington's position. The White House is increasingly pressuring Ukraine to accept terms perceived in Europe as favorable to Moscow and akin to capitulation.

The EU must now decide if it can sustain support without previous American backing. This change puts Europeans against the wall: either sharply increase aid to Kiev or risk Ukrainian defeat and Russian gains.

🇺🇦 Zelensky reports US supply delays, Starlink limits

President Zelensky stated Ukraine faces delays in critical military supplies from the US. He noted that some agreements regarding air defense (AD) reinforcement remain unfulfilled.

Starshield connectivity issues
Reports indicate Starlink/Starshield connections fail at speeds of 130-161 km/h across various front lines, complicating logistics and drone operations.

Congressional reaction
Republican Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick announced plans to meet with Zelensky's team this week. He promised a thorough investigation and potential budget cuts for any agency responsible for restricting Starshield access, reaffirming full US support for Ukraine.
