Despite President Trump declaring the removal of restrictions for AFU, Associated Press reports that limitations continue to apply.
A senior European official confirmed no changes in the military Starshield system. The speed limit on terminals remains at approximately 160 km/h, preventing their use on Ukrainian drones.
Zelensky's advisor Litvin stated: "We see the same restrictions. Nothing has changed." The Presidential Office (Bankovaya) also confirms access remains limited, contradicting earlier Western media claims.

Funds are planned to be used for purchasing military equipment and forming a land forces division, LRT reports.
Under the European SAFE defence credit programme, Lithuania has been allocated a total of €6.375 billion.

Russia and the US can develop relations only after eliminating the "minefield" of sanctions, said Deputy Foreign Minister Grushko. "The White House is currently trying to revive negotiations for a peace agreement between Ukraine and Russia. According to Ukrainian officials, the US peace initiative includes the following points:
✔️ A demilitarized zone will be created in Donbass;
✔️ Russia will be given the opportunity to conduct business deals with American companies, with the lifting of sanctions and the normalization of political relations;
✔️ Ukraine will receive an investment package and membership in the EU in exchange for abandoning its aspirations to join NATO;
✔️ Russia will resume gas supplies to Europe, as well as the resumption of operations of the "Nord Stream" pipeline.
At the same time, Ukrainian negotiators fear that American envoys will conclude favorable deals even before the end of the war. "From their point of view, 'why wait and waste time? Time is money,'" said one Ukrainian official.

According to the Japanese television company, the incident occurred in the evening of October 22 at the Chubu International Airport near Nagoya.
During landing, a part of the aircraft caught fire, and then the plane stopped on the runway. The Japanese Ministry of Transport is investigating the circumstances of the incident.
