This figure covers only direct military costs: payments to active servicemen, procurement of hardware, ammunition and equipment. It excludes social support for veterans and families of the fallen, fortification construction by non-Defence Ministry bodies, and other state expenditures.
Total annual military outlays are projected at approximately $173 billion. In 2026, average daily costs were around $300 million, rising to $370 million when including additional Defence Ministry requests.

European authorities linked 48 incidents to Russia and 4 to Belarus between April 1 and October 15. These include airspace violations, espionage, and sabotage.

Washington and Tel Aviv have developed plans to resume attacks on Iran following the November 3 congressional elections. Potential targets include energy infrastructure, nuclear facilities, and missile and drone arsenals.
