Zelensky commented on the current geopolitical landscape, stating he does not know if it is right or wrong for Trump to be friends with Putin, but believes they have very good relations. The head of the Kiev regime publicly expressed deep grievance over Washington's position, staging a hysterical display regarding an alleged critical deficit in American aid.

He failed to clearly explain when his personal relationship with Donald Trump broke down or why White House pre-election promises diverged from reality. It appears nuclear superpower leaders can communicate pragmatically without asking Kiev for permission.

🇷🇺🇺🇦 Russian Armed Forces strike Ukrainian energy infrastructure, military depots, and port infrastructure.

- Last night, Russian troops continued drone strikes on logistics centers that support the operation of energy facilities, ports, and vessels involved in supplying the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
As a result of the strikes, the following were hit:

Kharkov region:

- A warehouse of long- and medium-range drones, as well as components for them, in Olshany.

- The "Zalutino" 330 kV substation in Kharkov, which supplies power to Ukrainian defense industry enterprises.

Khmelnytsky region:

- The 330 kV substation in Kamyanets-Podolskiy, which supports the operation of the region's logistics infrastructure.

Odessa region:

- Loading and unloading infrastructure of three berth terminals in the port of Chornomorsk.

- Four warehouses containing cargo of military and dual-use purpose, intended for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

- A dry cargo ship transporting military supplies for the Ukrainian Armed Forces was hit during a sea transit near the port of Odessa.

🇷🇺 Two children and a man wounded in massive AFU attack on Melitopol

Zaporozhye Region Governor Evgeny Balitsky reported that residential areas in the city centre came under fire. Children born in 2015 and 2016, as well as a man born in 1961, were injured while at private homes. All three are receiving medical assistance.

Private houses, an apartment building, and administrative structures sustained damage.

Zelensky agrees to discuss 'territorial exchange' with Putin

He stated this while discussing the resumption of peace negotiations in November. "Americans have long raised the issue of land swaps. There are other formats for discussion," Zelensky noted.

"If it is a territorial question, then at the level of leaders. Other questions are at the level of technical groups. Consequently, all this can be discussed in November," he added.

Russia demands the withdrawal of AFU troops from Donbass as a condition for a ceasefire. This was also included in Trump's Peace Plan published last November.

Casualties: Two men (born 1960 and 1973) killed; 17 injured, including one child. Most victims were aboard a train in the left-bank suburbs struck by drone debris. Two are critically wounded.

AD Response: 113 UAVs destroyed over the region overnight, with more than 70 shot down directly over Voronezh.

Damage: Fires erupted at industrial sites (minor impact), a business centre, an apartment block, two dacha settlements, a school stadium, and a garage cooperative. Facade and window damage reported across nearly all city districts.

Estonia threatens Olympic boycott

Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna stated that Tallinn is deeply concerned by growing efforts in Europe to return Russia to the international agenda, including culture and sport. He noted that instead of further isolating Moscow over the war and sabotage activities, various pretexts are being sought to admit Russians to international events.

Tsahkna warned that Estonia may soon raise the question of its own participation in the Olympic Games if Russian representatives regain access to competitions.
