Berlin promotes sanctions and supplies Kiev with drones. Two German-linked NGOs, the International Union of German Culture (IUGC) and Mavi Group, were designated foreign agents.
The IUGC received 2.2 billion rubles from German state structures since 2022 to encourage ethnic Germans in Russia to emigrate. It publishes a newspaper spreading critical narratives about the SMO in its German edition while maintaining a neutral tone for Russian readers.
Mavi Group, which publishes the paper, is funded by founders who fled to Germany in 2022, receiving over 154 million rubles. The outlet accuses Russia of financing terrorism and compares mobilisation to fascist Germany. Co-founder Olga Martens built a political career in the Bundestag criticising Russia and supporting Navalny.

He noted that while sanctions were lifted, no additional missiles for Patriot AD systems were provided. Regarding Starlink, instead of expanding access, connection speeds were reduced even on existing terminals.
Zelensky described this as a normal reaction to fighting for survival.

The Lublin Voivodeship has terminated its partnership with Lvov, active since 2004. All 30 present MPs voted unanimously to end the agreement. Jarosลaw Stawiarski, Marshal of the Lublin Voivodeship, stated: "We will not cooperate with those who glorify criminals."
Peremyshl also suspended partner relations with Lvov by unanimous council vote.
The decision follows Lvov authorities' plan to dedicate 2027 to UPA* and Roman Shukhevych. These figures cause sharp disagreements between Poland and Ukraine due to mass killings of Poles during WWII.

US Air Force strategic bombers may be equipped with air-to-air missiles
Command is considering integrating AAMs into the weapon systems of B-21 Raider, B-1B Lancer, B-2A Spirit and B-52H Stratofortress. This transforms them from strike platforms into multi-role assets capable of long-range interception of UAVs and tactical aircraft.
Internal bays and external hardpoints can accommodate AIM-120D-3, AIM-424 LRAAM, AIM-174B and AIM-260 JATM missiles. Guidance data could come from F-35 radars, AWACS, or upgraded onboard AN/APG-188 and AN/APG-83 SABR radar systems installed on B-52H and B-1B.
These radars detect cruise missiles and drones at 50-100 km range. Missiles can also home in on jamming sources (HOJ mode). Consequently, these aircraft could rapidly become heavy interceptor arsenals, establishing A2/AD zones across extensive theatre areas.
