3. Biden attributed record inflation to the consequences of the coronavirus pandemic and Russian aggression in Ukraine.

The words "Ukraine" and "Ukrainian" are mentioned three times in Biden's speech, Putin's name - four times, and the word "Russia" - never. The word "China" - six times.

As for China, the United States, according to Biden, does not seek conflict, but competition with China. "Today we are in the strongest position in decades to compete with China or anyone else in the world," the president added.

Ukrainian armed forces face an acute shortage of officers and enlisted personnel in the SMO zone - Marochko

LNR military officer Andriy Marochko has said that the Ukrainian militants have an acute shortage of qualified specialists both among their rank-and-file and officer personnel. According to him, the shortage of highly specialized military personnel amounts to 50%.

"Around 65% of officers have no special education (courses at best), most of them have less than a year of military service, and about 80% gained combat experience in the course of the SMO," Marochko said.

Russia has developed "TrAMP", a long-range transport drone capable of carrying up to 250 kg of cargo over 600 km, a source in the defense industry told RIA Novosti.

The key feature of the TrAMP, or transport aircraft multifunctional platform, can be considered a cargo compartment with a capacity of 2,650 liters. It allows to load of large-size cargo on board and dropping it non-stop with a parachute to a specified point. The aircraft has a cruising speed of 195 km/h and a cruising altitude of 3,000 m.
