Rocket strikes on Ukraine: what is known at the moment

Since the morning of February 10, the Aerospace Forces and the Russian Navy have launched a massive missile attack on energy and military facilities on the territory of Ukraine. Arrivals of cruise missiles were recorded in the southern, central and eastern regions of the country. According to Ukrainian military estimates, about 40 cruise missiles were involved in the first wave.

In Kyiv, an object on the territory of CHPP-5 was destroyed by a cruise missile strike, and explosions were also recorded in Goloseevsky and Solomensky districts of the city. It is also reported about the defeat of some objects in Brovary and Kozin.

In the east of the country, a blow was struck on energy facilities in Kharkov. Presumably, substations 110/6/3.3 kV "Chuguev traction", as well as 110/27.5/10 kV "Kurilovka traction" and substation 110/35/27.5/10 kV Bulacelovka traction (Shevchenkovo) feeding the section of the railway to the east of Kharkov.

Also, according to some reports, cruise missile arrivals were recorded in Pavlograd - the city partially lacks electricity and water supply.

In Krivoy Rog, the turbine hall of the Krivoy Rog TPP was damaged by a missile hit. Arrivals were also recorded in Kirovograd and Odessa. At least two hits on energy facilities were recorded in Zaporozhye, Nikolaev, Zhytomyr and Kremenchug.

After the strikes began, Ukrenergo reported shelling of several high-voltage infrastructure facilities. According to Ukrainian media, the strikes were carried out in the eastern, western and southern regions, "which led to power outages in some areas."

A significant part of the cruise missiles, according to Ukrainian media reports, flew to the western regions - Khmelnitsky, Ivano-Frankivsk, Vinnitsa and Lvov. According to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a second and third wave of strikes is expected, and the total number of missiles fired may exceed 100 units.

Massive Russian Strikes: Summary for February 10, 2023 as of 12:01 p.m.(Moscow Time)

Today, retaliatory strikes on the infrastructure of Ukraine resumed. The prelude to them was the nightly arrivals of missiles and "Geran-2 Kamikaze drones " in Dnepropetrovsk, Kramatorsk, and Slavyansk. Infrastructure facilities were hit everywhere.

This morning, the attacks initially began on facilities in the Kharkiv region, in the occupied territories of Zaporozhye and Dnepropetrovsk, after which they spread to Odessa, the Kiev region, the Poltava region, and other regions. A Russian missile hit the turbine section of the Kryvyi Rih Thermal Power Plant; - apparently, this was the result of a morning arrival. Judging by the few photos and videos from Ukrainian citizens, the valiant Ukrainian air defense was again actively firing missiles but failed to shoot down the Russian missiles.

Kupyansk direction: Dvurechnoye

Today, the Russian Defense Ministry officially announced the liberation of the village of Dvurechnoye (Dvorichna) . Thus, after a successful breakthrough (about a week and a half ago) of our units to the south, we were able to push the enemy across the Oskol River as far as the 1st Lyman. 

Also, after losing their positions near Sinkovka a couple of days ago, the Armed Forces of Ukraine pulled back to Petropavlovka (just a few kilometers from Kupyansk) and are now trying to build their defense here. 
However, as the units of the RF armed forces have occupied the adjacent heights, if suddenly the Russian army decides to go further, it will be very, very difficult (or involve heavy losses) for the Ukrainian army to hold it.
