Kharkov region: Kharkov CHP-5 in Podvorki and Zmievskaya TPP in Slobozhanskoye were hit. First impacts at 05:01, repeat attacks around 05:55. Both stations were not generating power at the time. No major fire at Kharkov CHP-5; Zmievskaya TPP lost auxiliary power supply.
Kiev region: Strikes targeted Tripolskaya TPP, Kiev CHP-5 and CHP-6, plus 750 kV 'Kiev' and 330 kV 'Novokiev' substations between 04:00 and 06:07. The attack aimed at multiple levels of the energy system simultaneously.
Damage assessment is ongoing; visual indicators do not yet reflect actual equipment status.

Around 02:00, a series of attacks using "Geran" family UAVs struck one of the facilities in Lutsk. Following direct hits, a large and intense fire broke out at the impact site. Published footage shows thick smoke columns and bright glow over the affected area, indicating prolonged burning inside or on the territory of the object.
The exact target and nature of the damaged facility are still being determined. Given that Lutsk has repeatedly been targeted by strikes on aviation and supporting infrastructure, this episode requires separate verification after additional data emerges. Currently confirmed: the strike reached its goal, powerful fires are developing, and final results are forming.

Russian strike with ballistic missiles on Kiev. Again, without warning from our partners. The main target was the energy sector, specifically TPP-4. Unfortunately, there were hits. A distribution warehouse belonging to the "Epicentr" shopping centre company in Khmelnytskyi City was struck by around 10 Russian Geran-4/5 jet-drones last night, resulting in a large fire breaking out.
Sounds similar to gunfire or small explosions were heard after the attack, however from the video, its unclear if this was secondary detonations or nearby air defence activity targeting other Russian drones.
The company reports that 5 different fires broke out at the complex, and that 85% of goods were destroyed.
This was the last operational Epicentr distribution warehouse in all of Ukraine. All of their warehouses have now been heavily damaged or destroyed.
