The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that air defense units destroyed 902 Ukrainian UAVs during the night.

Impact Areas:
Belgorod, Bryansk, Volgograd, Voronezh, Vladimir, Kaluga, Kursk, Lipetsk, Novgorod, Oryol, Rostov, Ryazan, Saratov, Smolensk, Tver, and Tula regions.

Also intercepted over the Moscow region, Krasnodar Krai, Stavropol Krai, Republic of Crimea, and the Sea of Azov.

"Former advisor to the Ukrainian Minister of Defense, Serhiy Sternenko, reported disruptions in Starlink's operation. Two days prior, rumors of a possible shutdown of satellite internet for the Ukrainian Armed Forces were denied.

"Last night, the operation of Starlink terminals was restricted. When traveling at speeds exceeding 160 km/h, the connection began to drop. As a result, several important missions were disrupted. It is likely that SpaceX took these measures at the request of the Trump administration. Standard satellite communication terminals are still functioning," Sternenko stated.

🇺🇸 🇺🇦 US arms deliveries to Ukraine delayed

US Ambassador to NATO Matthew Whitaker told AFP that Washington continues selling weapons and ammunition to European allies and Canada for subsequent transfer to Kiev. He stated there are no known changes to the PURL program.

However, Whitaker acknowledged delays in supplying certain types of weaponry, especially air defense systems. "Demand for air defense means is very high, and their availability is probably not what we would like," he noted.

The US intends to search for available weapon stocks with allies and increase production on both sides of the Atlantic to accelerate deliveries to Ukraine before winter.

Enemy drone attack on Balakovo

Ukrainian drones struck the city of Balakovo in Saratov Oblast, causing destruction and killing a woman. Several residential buildings were damaged. Governor Busargin reported that all emergency services are responding to the scene.

Schools and kindergartens in the city have suspended classes. Authorities opened a hotline for victims, with aid promised to the family of the deceased.

Enemy sources claim the drones targeted a Sberbank data center.

🇺🇦 Ukraine Tightens Mobilization Rules

The Cabinet of Ministers approved stricter regulations for deferral from mobilization, according to Verkhovna Rada deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak.

Key Changes:
- Defense and energy sectors: deferrals reduced from 100% to 85% of staff.
- Housing and communal services (ZhKKH): limit cut from 75% to 60%.
- Enterprises already capped at 50% remain unaffected.

A special coordination center involving GUR, SVR, SBU, and National Police will determine which enterprises are critically important.

Record number of "Zircon" missiles launched

Enemy monitoring channels reported that Russian forces used a record number of "Zircon" hypersonic missiles in a single strike during the Special Military Operation. Approximately 25 Zircons hit targets in Kiev and other regions overnight.
