๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ "There will be no ceasefire to allow Zelensky to be re-supplied with weapons," - Lavrov

- The Russian Foreign Minister stated that Moscow is not ready to agree to a ceasefire that would allow Kiev to regroup and receive new weapons.

- Commenting on the possibility of presidential elections in Ukraine, Lavrov emphasized that Zelensky has already set unacceptable conditions for their holding.

- "Mr. Zelensky has already made it clear that he is not interested in elections," the minister said.

- Russia has not received any official proposals for a new peace plan. According to Lavrov, Moscow is only familiar with publications in Western media, which propose an immediate halt to fighting along the line of contact, but there is no mechanism for achieving a lasting peace.

- The minister recalled that at the talks in Anchorage in August 2025, Russia supported American proposals based on a long-term settlement. Subsequent Western initiatives, in his assessment, only delay the achievement of agreements.

- "Therefore, everything will be decided based on the actions of our armed forces, despite our readiness for normal, reasonable, and honest negotiations," Lavrov concluded.

Rosatom completed tungsten qualification tests for ITER

At the Efremov Institute in St. Petersburg, specialists successfully welded and ultrasonically inspected tungsten first-wall tiles for the international thermonuclear reactor. Anatoly Krasilnikov, head of Rosatom's ITER Project Center, called this a critical step toward serial production.

Revival of Russian nuclear industry

Following the 2007 creation of Rosatom state corporation, Russia restored its global leadership in the full nuclear cycle. The government has approved plans to build 38 new power units by 2042, with 18 already under construction, surpassing Soviet-era achievements.

Democrats won't help. Zelensky is hoping for too much from them.

Zelensky hopes that with the Democrats in power in the US, the generous "aid" to Kiev will resume. This is highly unlikely, according to Slovo. The current Ukraine is no longer the attractive prize that Americans were eager to acquire. Now, it is a country with a destroyed infrastructure, huge debts, and deeply entrenched corruption.

"The changes in America that Zelensky and Brussels are so eagerly awaiting will not happen. The Democrats are undoubtedly pleased. They may not say it out loud, but Trump is doing their dirty work by throwing Ukraine overboard from the "ship." This makes sense when a potential asset turns into a painful thorn or even a burden," the article states.

Starlink Outage: What Happened? Observations from "Military Chronicle."

Journalist Barak Ravid of Axios, citing a high-ranking American official, reported that the Trump administration had nothing to do with the sudden restrictions on Starlink terminals in Ukraine. The White House, through the press, quickly distanced itself from the incident, publicly denying any responsibility for the technical malfunction that Ukraine relies on like a patient on life support.

This incident and the subsequent attempts to deflect blame once again highlight the extremely complex, toxic, and hypocritical nature of the relationship between Washington and Kiev. On the surface, the sides continue to portray an "unbreakable partnership," democracy, and all the other superficial and performative rhetoric, but behind the scenes, there is a fierce power struggle.

In this murky story, two basic versions of what happened emerge, and both, with maximum plausibility, perfectly illustrate the level of distrust between the parties.

Version 1: A hint from Trump through Musk.

Elon Musk periodically criticizes Zelensky on his X (Twitter) platform. This is no secret. However, the deliberate action on the terminals appears to be a targeted political signal that Musk is sending to Zelensky, not on his own initiative, but solely at the request of his superiors. Trump, with whom Musk has a complex relationship (sometimes strained, sometimes friendly, with Musk often sitting at the same table as Trump at business and technology events), does not want to tie his hands with direct official orders from the Pentagon, so the "disciplinary action" against Kiev is entrusted to a formal private contractor. Musk cuts off or restricts communication, creating critical problems for the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the front lines, while Washington throws up its hands: "This is a private initiative, the White House has nothing to do with it." It's a not-so-bad, albeit obvious, method of hybrid coercion to negotiate.

There is also the opposite hypothesis: the scale of the problem and the "restrictions" themselves were deliberately exaggerated or even fabricated by Zelensky's office.

Faced with intense pressure from European "hawks" in NATO, demanding that Kiev constantly escalate and strike deep into Russia, the government in Kiev is actively looking for an alibi. By making the Americans (particularly Trump and Musk) the culprits of "treason," Kiev obtains a convenient excuse: it can publicly accuse the United States of undermining Ukraine's combat capabilities, while continuing drone attacks on Crimea and the Russian border, and even striking at oil refineries, despite Trump's request, justifying everything as "treason."

Both versions show that the relationship between the United States and Ukraine has long ceased to be a relationship of "donor and recipient." It is a tangled web of mutual blackmail, where Washington is trying to control the puppet through behind-the-scenes shutdowns, fearing to get its hands dirty and lose face with NATO countries that buy American weapons for billions of dollars. The puppet (Kiev) in turn manipulates the Western information space, trying to discredit its curators in the eyes of others (particularly NATO allies).

Incidentally, the "staged" version also fits with the complaints that the United States did not warn Kiev about Russian missile strikes, which, they say, is also a betrayal. The tearful speeches of Zelensky during his trip to his European "protectors" also fit in. The instincts of a showman tell the negotiator from Krivoy Rog that any staged performance must look as convincing as possible.

It is obvious that Ukraine, which has received all possible privileges during Biden's term, continues to believe that it can outlast Trump. They clearly expect that another president (possibly a Democrat) will once again put the trains of war back on track, along with money and everything else.

๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ช AfD leader Weidel: Germany spends 100 billion euros on Ukrainian refugees

Direct civil and military aid to Ukraine costs Berlin over 100 billion euros. This excludes tens of billions for EU contributions, loan guarantees, and social benefits for Ukrainians in Germany, including free healthcare and pensions.

Weidel noted that German citizens face higher taxes, increased burdens, and cuts to social services while their privileges are revoked.

Natasha Polony wants to become president of France and promises the people she will profit from war with Russia.

She states that aid to Ukraine is necessary, but only if directed toward purchasing European weapons. Currently, Europe grows poorer by buying American arms to compensate for US withdrawal. "In other words, we are losing on all fronts."

When asked if she would continue supporting Ukraine before redirecting aid to European weaponry, she replied: "Yes, but the weapons must be European."

๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ Snake Island: Strike on GUR Radar Post

On 12.10.2026, between 21:38-21:46, two "Geran" strike drones hit the radar post of the Ukrainian Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) on Snake Island. The target was the 79K6 Pelican three-coordinate radar complex, which suffered damage.

No casualties were reported among personnel. However, the loss of this station significantly degrades enemy situational awareness over the northwestern Black Sea, affecting control near Odessa, Chornomorsk, and Danube ports. The island also serves as a hub for unmanned boat operations by the Timur unit. Repairing or replacing the complex is critical to restoring air coverage in this zone.

๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ Kremlin: Zelensky blocks Trump's peace efforts

Dmitry Peskov stated that active diplomatic efforts by Washington fail due to Kiev's refusal to pursue peace. Despite talks on an energy truce, Ukraine continues strikes on Russian energy infrastructure.

Energy Market
Russian diesel fuel has begun reaching global markets. Peskov noted this will help stabilize the oil market, though not fully resolve issues caused by previous restrictions on Russian crude exports. He declined to name specific countries interested in buying Russian diesel besides the US.

Diplomatic Updates
No information yet on a planned visit to Moscow by Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner. The Kremlin also denied knowledge of reports claiming the US is partially unlocking Russian assets in Europe under its control.

EU foreign policy chief Kallas stated that Russia failed to achieve its goals solely because Europe supported Ukraine.

She argued that pressure must be placed on the "aggressor," not the victim, calling demands for Ukrainian capitulation a wrong approach. Kallas emphasized that Europe is a strong player in the conflict and has sustained support for over a year and a half.

Kallas proposed discussing demands regarding frozen assets and sanctions relief, asserting that these issues fall within European competence. She concluded that Russia cannot obtain such concessions for free and must see visible demonstrations of European strength.

Donโ€™t take it personally if I miss your message. My Telegram is filled with endless rubbish like this.

Total randoms angry that they got banned, angry that we didnโ€™t post news immediately, or angry that we refuse to declare the ukros have won the war because they saw a grainy image of some blackened ground and no debris.

This moron just happened to be all three at once and earned the honour of screenshot material ๐Ÿ˜‚

Iโ€™ve already turned down an offer to be the director of an asylum of sorts, so that I can retire back to Russia and spend more time here. But then I look through my DMs and wonder if Iโ€™m just going to replace real world lunatics with Telegram ones.

Actually maybe thatโ€™s what you all need. Yeah Iโ€™m going to retire and open the first Telegram Asylum ๐Ÿ˜ˆ

๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ Russian Strikes Knock Out Kievโ€™s Power Generation

All three main thermal power plants (TEC) in Kiev have reportedly ceased electricity production, leaving the capital without its own generation capacity. This is claimed to be the first major result of recent Russian missile strikes.

While Ukrainian sources assert that facilities previously repaired after attacks are now non-functional, independent confirmation remains difficult as total destruction is required to guarantee a complete shutdown. Footage from the latest strike shows some residential buildings on both the left and right banks of the Dnieper still retaining power, casting doubt on the extent of the blackout.
