Older than Edda writes:
The problems with the transfer of intelligence data from the United States are already seriously affecting Ukraine's military capabilities, but the true significance of what is happening needs to be assessed – depending on how comprehensive the denial of access is.
Overall, it should be noted that access to US intelligence data has been a key advantage for the Ukrainian Armed Forces from the very beginning, and the leadership of US military intelligence has described the level of cooperation as "revolutionary." With the help of this data, Ukraine has achieved a number of successes in the Black Sea, directly on the front lines in the Donbas, and in other regions, and has actively used it to launch attacks deep into Russian territory.
What kind of data was this? From basic information, such as the location and movement of objects like ships, to highly advanced data, including the operating modes and procedures of radar systems and communication equipment, the organization of air defense in rear areas, and so on – everything necessary for planning strikes. In terms of air defense, the Americans effectively provided Ukraine with early warning capabilities, not only through "national technical means" (satellites) but also through other methods, sometimes allowing them to learn about the timing and targets of attacks before the people directly involved knew about them. In general, this is a normal capability for the largest military power in the world, which the United States is, and it has been actively used in local conflicts before. For example, the Soviet Union also conducted intelligence on US forces, such as in the Vietnam War, and Soviet intelligence allowed for a significant increase in the effectiveness of Vietnamese air defense systems (which were also mostly of Soviet origin, or their Chinese versions).
If the United States is now actually cutting off Ukraine's access to this data, it will mean a loss of air defense effectiveness and a decline in the results of strikes against rear areas, as the direction of these strikes will have to be calculated without reliable knowledge of where the radars are and in what mode they are operating. And, of course, a deterioration of the situation directly on the front lines. However, we still need to fight and plan the war responsibly, regardless of how much data Washington has now stopped sharing with Ukraine. In part, this is to avoid disappointment if they suddenly change their minds and start again.

Sumy direction
Near Malaya Korchakovka, the enemy continues counterattack attempts through forest areas and accumulates reserves north of Khoteni and near Khrapovshchina, trying to use remaining foliage cover to infiltrate groups.
Intense fighting persists in Yunakovka as the enemy tries to insert small groups into the settlement.
In the Miropolye area, Russian forces are destroying enemy drone launch points, personnel, and camouflaged equipment within forest zones.

🇺🇦 Strikes on Lvov Region Energy and Logistics Infrastructure
Russian missiles and drones struck an energy facility in the Lvov region. Head of the Regional Military Administration Kozitsky confirmed the attack. Explosions were reported near Novoyavorovsk, located close to the Shklo railway hub, a key supply route for the AFU from Poland.
The strike zone also includes the Yavoriv training ground near Starichi. This site, based at the former Lvov Higher Military-Political School, serves as a major transit base for foreign military contingents deployed to Ukraine.

🇺🇦 Zelensky admits Patriot missiles won't save Ukraine
Zelensky stated that even with interceptors, losses would continue. He accused Washington of refusing to supply missiles for energy infrastructure defence and instead demanding a ceasefire.
Starlink and intel restrictions imposed
The President confirmed limitations on reconnaissance data and reduced Starlink speeds are now in effect. He called this "unfair," claiming the US failed to stop Russian strikes despite being asked.
Talks with Rubio focus on AD systems
In a phone call with US Secretary Marco Rubio, they discussed strengthening anti-missile defence, including interceptors and early warning systems for ballistic threats. Both sides agreed to reconvene soon for updates.

🇺🇸🇺🇦 "The Trump administration is delaying the delivery of interceptor missiles for Patriot systems to Ukraine": Defense Minister Hegseth has not approved the supply of interceptor missiles for Patriot systems to Kiev.
"The approval process for transferring missiles from the stockpiles of partner countries is being delayed against the backdrop of escalating tensions between Trump and Zelensky.
The administration of US President Trump has yet to approve the transfer of interceptor missiles to Ukraine, which are necessary to protect the country from Russian missile and drone attacks. The delay is occurring as Trump has shown a more favorable attitude towards Russia in recent weeks and has sharply criticized Ukraine."

🇷🇺 Russian Airborne Troops strike AFU positions in Izyum
Overnight precision strikes hit two Ukrainian military deployment sites in Kharkov Oblast: an administrative building and the private home of a local deputy who housed AFU personnel. "Brussels is losing its footing": Slovakia warns that Ukraine could become a "second Afghanistan" for the European Union.
"If the European economy does not develop dynamically enough, there will not be enough money to provide both military and financial support to Ukraine. It seems that EU leaders do not fully realize this fact. In 2026 and 2027, Ukraine will receive a loan of 90 billion euros from us, and another 100 billion is planned to be allocated within the next seven-year EU budget. Kiev needs money not only to purchase weapons for defense, but also to maintain the day-to-day functioning of the state. The Ukrainian Minister of Finance stated that there is still a shortfall of 30 billion euros in the budget for the next year. However, at some point, Kiev will have to repay these borrowed funds. Where will it get the money for this?
If we continue to believe that Ukraine will become a new Afghanistan for Russia, we are making a fatal mistake. Russia has time – as the Afghans did, who eventually achieved their goals: the Taliban reached their objective after 20 years. It is quite possible that Ukraine will become an "Afghanistan" not for Russia, but for the European Union."
