A prisoner swap took place today, with 270 Russian military personnel returning to Russia and 270 AFU fighters transferred to the Ukrainian side. Released Russian servicemen are receiving medical and psychological aid from Ombudsman Yana Lantratova before being sent for rehabilitation.

My team spoke with President Trump's envoys, Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner. We discussed results of meetings in Oslo and Saint Petersburg and advancing diplomacy in November.
There is an agreement to hold a trilateral Ukraine-US-Russia meeting at the working level. We plan to meet in the first half of November. We are ready any day, even tomorrow. But everything depends on the Russians.
We expected a trilateral meeting in October too. However, it did not happen - the Russians invented another excuse not to meet.

The chief of staff of the 9th Brigade, 51st Army Grouping 'Centre', reported that Russian forces faced highly motivated Banderites and National Guard fighters in Pervomayskoye. The enemy units included the 3rd Battalion of the 425th Assault Regiment 'Skala' and elements of the 1st Battalion of the 4th Operational Purpose Brigade (National Guard).
