Five representatives from three European states came: Germany, France, and Italy. I was told: you have to accept this plan [of negotiations with Pristina] because we believe that it has to be accepted, and if you do not accept it in its entirety, de facto, this is a new negotiating framework, you will face, first, a halt to the process of European integration, second, a halt and withdrawal of investments, third, overarching political and economic measures which will cause great damage to the Republic of Serbia.
