At the beginning of the summer, Ukraine had about 1 million fighters in all its armed formations (AFU, National Guard, and the Border Guard Service). Moreover, about 400,000 were on the front line itself, as well as in the immediate rear. Kiev outnumbered us 3-4 times in personnel, thought its army was inferior in the number of artillery systems, tanks and, of course, aircraft.
Now the aim of the Ukrainians is to increase the manpower of the AFU up to 600 thousand. It is not difficult to guess where the rest, those mobilized during 6 successive waves of mobilization, have gone. I write this specially for the doubting citizens and home-blogger pseudo-analysts.
In the spring and summer, Zaluzhny was able to stop us and go on the offensive, using a huge amount of manpower. The losses of the AFU are very high, and soldiers these days (as I have written many times) are not an endless resource and are much more expensive than equipment.

Positional battles continue on the Kupyansko-Svatovsky sector of the front. Both sides are engaged in artillery duels and reconnaissance in force. In the area of Novoselovsky, Russian fighters hit the accumulation of enemy manpower with an accurate artillery strike.
