This was reported by Reuters.
Rheinmetall CEO Armin Papperger has said that the company may start production of HIMARS multiple rocket launchers in Germany.
The production capacity of the 155mm shells could be increased to 450,000-500,000 per year. This would make Rheinmetall the largest producer of both types of ammunition.
"We can produce 240,000 tank ammunition (120mm) per year, which is more than the world needs," Papperger said.

On Vatutina Street, in the southeastern part of Bakhmut, soldiers of the "Wagner PMC" are working in the area of the Trubny Headquarters.
"Wagnerites" found dead foreign mercenaries of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In an attempt to hide the number and nationality of those killed, Ukrainian militants cut off the mercenaries' hands and heads.
The mercenaries came from Israel and Poland.
