If Tigers alone or with help try to do a similar thing again, a naval blockade, that is equal to a declaration of war. Russia will not allow another Leningrad. So, armed convoys are a must in that case. If attacked...So, if stupid, go ahead.

If unconditional surrender is signed, Ukraine is Russia, with a military governor in the beginning. Processing of nazis and their collaborators, processing war criminals, dismantling the previous, and establishing a new ruling apparatus (with already existing people who are not compromised or at least much). Basically. East Germany.
But have no illusion. Russia demands returning to the situation from 1991. This game is much bigger and In the long run then many understand.
