Ukrainian Defence Minister Oleksiy Reznikov admitted that the situation in the eastern direction of military operations was difficult for Ukraine.

In an interview with the CBC TV channel, he also said that discussions on aircraft deliveries to Kiev will continue in the coming weeks. Reznikov noted that previously there had been a situation when Western countries had initially refused to transfer certain types of weapons but then sent them to Kiev.

The US dollar may cease to be a global currency as, even under heavy sanctions, Russia is showing the world that it can do without the US dollar and Washington’s friendship, Marjorie Taylor Greene, a Congresswoman representing Georgia, said on Sunday.

"Two years ago <…> we were living in times of world peace. Today <…> we are now on the verge of world war. And the innocent victims are each nation’s people paying taxes to those in power. The US proxy war with Russia, in Ukraine (a non-NATO nation), benefits China the most," she wrote on her Twitter account. "It’s draining our military resources, driving inflation, hurting world trade, & Americans don’t support it."

Map of military operations and the situation on the fronts in the evening of 29 January

Wagner PMC fighters liberated Blagodatnoye to the west of Soledar. This was confirmed both by Yevgeny Prigozhin and by the "musicians" themselves, who stormed the village and captured their combat successes in a photo.
There are also rumours that the militants are leaving Artemivsk. It may take several days to leave the city. The last to leave the city will be the Ukrainian SDF covering the withdrawal of the AFU.
And it is not surprising that amid such news comes footage of the decapitated corpses of foreign mercenaries found during the mopping-up of one of the city's districts. The question is why? ⚫️ Svatovo-Kremennaya direction 

Despite attempts by the Ukrainian Armed Forces' command to launch a "Zerg rush" on our positions, Russian artillery and aviation have been working on the manpower and equipment of two militant brigades in the areas of Sinkovka, Tabayevka in Kharkov region and Novoselovsky in the LPR. Also in the vicinity of Liman Pervoye, Olshany and Krakhmalne of Kharkov Region, the actions of four Ukrainian DRGs were disrupted. In addition, air and artillery strikes were launched against five brigades of the AFU and National Guard in the areas of Stelmakhiovka, Chervona Dibrova LPR, as well as Yampolovka, Torskoye and Serebryanka DPR.

⚫️ Donetsk direction

The Russian army continues to crush the enemy near Donetsk. Our forces struck militant units in the areas of Kurakhovo and Antonovka DNR. The Nazis lost a BMP, two armoured vehicles, 14 vehicles, two Acacia SAU, two D-20 and D-30 howitzers, and two Olha and Smerch MLRSs.

⚫️ Zaporozhye direction

At the moment, the Russian army is consolidating the result in the Orekhovsky and Gulyaypol sections, reinforcing the positions it has taken. In addition, our forces are fighting hard in Ugledar. The liberation of the town will lead to the threat of hitting the AFU rear in Marinka.
