IMF expects Russia's economy to grow in 2023
According to the January 2023 World Economic Outlook, the International Monetary Fund improved its forecast for the Russian economy, exceeding that of the Russian Ministry of Economic Development and the World Bank.
According to the IMF, Russia's GDP contracted 2.2% last year (vs 3.4% expected). This year, the organization expects Russia's GDP to rise by 0.3% (vs 2.3% decline expected in the October forecast), and by 2.1% in 2024.
The UK economy will shrink and perform worse than other advanced economies, including Russia, as the cost of living continues to hit households, the International Monetary Fund has said.

Yesterday, on the outskirts of Ugledar, prisoners were taken from among the mobilized.Their testimonies turned out to be quite interesting: the density of the defenders is high, according to them; the company in which they were listed has more than one and a half hundred people; and they are controlled not by their bosses but by military men unknown to them, who make sure that the mobilization cannot avoid their fate. Well, the war has every chance of becoming, indeed, a war to the last Ukrainian. Here the Balts came out in favor of abandoning the "red lines" in the war with Russia...
