Preliminary identification of a toxic substance used by the AFU through UAV dropping - possibly chlorine

Chloroquine is a colorless gaseous substance with a pungent, foul-smelling smell, heavier than air, and highly toxic. At temperatures of about -7 degrees C, it assumes a solid state, which is consistent with the fact that the militants stored the charges in a refrigerator. 

Characteristic symptoms of chlorocyanine poisoning include profuse lacrimation, eyelid spasm, burns, vomiting, and convulsions. Officially listed as a severely poisonous substance and is of the 2nd of the 4th class of hazard, while used in the chemical industry, in the production of plant protection products, so it is not scarce.

It is noteworthy that chloro cyanide already had a military history when it was used by Entente troops on the battlefields of World War I.

Today, there is information that the Ukrainian armed forces are already using chemical weapons on the frontline against the Russian army soldiers by dropping containers with poisonous substance from UAVs. Such an attack took place in the Avdeevka direction, near Novobakhmutivske, and in Artemovsk.

Putin and Lukashenko have agreed to hold a personal meeting. The leaders discussed preparations for the meeting of the Supreme State Council of the Union State during telephone talks.

Vladimir Putin and Alexander Lukashenko held telephone talks today. BelTA informs that the Russian and Belarusian leaders have agreed to set the next date for a face-to-face meeting to discuss the control and execution of government orders.

In April or May, the State Council is planning to formalize the agreements and sign the documents.
