🎨 New Keyboard Button Styles in Layer 224

Telegram has introduced Layer 224 of the API, bringing significant visual upgrades to bot interactions. Following the recent trend where bot capabilities are tied to the creator's subscription status, these new styles change how users interact with keyboards.

What’s new:
• Colored Buttons: All bot developers can now customize the background color of keyboard buttons. Three colored buttons (bg_primary, bg_danger, bg_success) appear to be available to all developers, regardless of Premium status.
• Custom Icons: Bots can now display icons (with custom emojis) inside buttons.
• Similar to the recent change with custom emojis in messages, the ability to use custom emoji icons in buttons depends on whether the bot creator has a Telegram Premium subscription. If the owner does not have Premium, the bot is limited to standard button styles without icons.

Important details:
• These styles apply to ReplyKeyboardMarkup and InlineKeyboardMarkup.
• Users must be on the latest version of Telegram to see the new colors and icons.
• Just like with custom emojis, if the owner's Premium subscription lapses, the bot may lose the ability to display custom icons.
