Over the weekend, members of Scotland's North East region came together in Forfar as part of a volunteer session at Forfar Loch Country Park, before enjoying a well earned pub lunch.

Members came from Aberdeen and Dundee to help out litter picking and clearing away yet more plastic guards that had been left on the trees.

This is all work that isn't going to get done by the local council so it falls to people who actually care enough to make things happen, to go out and do the work.

Next month, we will be planting trees. The more, the merrier and the bigger an impact we can make.

Lena Kotré has been a Member of the State Parliament of Brandenburg since 2019 and is the Alternative fur Deutschland’s Interior and Remigration policy spokesperson.

Combining her job as solicitor and a mother, she has built a fearsome reputation as a defender of her homeland and is a prominent voice extolling the benefits of remigration. She is also leading the charge in demonstrating that remigration can be commercially profitable for private enterprise. Her husband Steffen is also an MP.

This will be Mrs Kotré’s first speech in the UK!
