بالنسبة للجراحة اللي لاحظته أن التغيير أن اتشال
, phylleoid tumor on breast
و بقى مكانه disease of male breast
+ اتشال الجزء الاول anatomy, Histology, lymphatic drainage of breast و بدأ congenital anomalies,

و شابتر ال thyroid اتشال الجزء بتاع ال physiology and anatomy and embryologyاللي في البداية و دخل علطول في ال goiter + جزء ال thyroidectomy اتشال



جزء ال skin and subcutaneous tissue


فاضل بس dermoid cyst, sabecous cyst, lipoma
انما جزء الvascular malformations, neurofibromatosis اتشال


Hernia
شوفت complication جديد torsion of omentum
و في inguinal hernia متشال ال special problems sliding hernia,
و ال recurrent متشال ال causes و سايب ال treatment

و احلى شئ جزء ال treatment بتاع inguinal hernia w operation steps herniotomy, herniplasty, herniorrhaphy , laparoscopic repair متشال، بس مش الجزء اللي في الاول الشابتر ده عادي




معرفش لو فيه حاجة تانية ناقصة بس ده اللي لاحظته لأن احنا في اخر الوقت و اكيد فيه ناس عايزة تراجع أو تبدأ

تعديل:
ال Fibroadenoma موجودة بالجديد مش متشالة

زيادة جراحة:
صفحة 43-44
من اول ال differential diagnosis لحد قبل ال lipoma
