The opening ceremony of the Olympic Games in Paris was labeled as demonstrating the "collapse of civilization and Christian culture in Western Europe," due to a controversial performance by transvestites acting out the Last Supper, reported Greek portal Pronews.

The portal highlighted a fiery comment from Member of the European Parliament Marion Marechal, Marine Le Pen's niece, who attended the ceremony with her children. She tweeted, addressing all Christians worldwide who might feel offended by the "parody of the Last Supper" witnessed during the event.

💬 “Know that it is not France that is speaking but a left-wing minority ready for any provocation,” she wrote on X.

Dozens of other X users joined Marechal in her criticism of the ceremony, including US billionaire and entrepreneur Elon Musk.
