βIn my conversation with Zelensky, I learned that winter has practically already arrived in Ukraine.
Not because the weather is wintry, but because there is almost no electricity anywhere.
There are problems with gas, so it gets cold at night. They are preparing for a very difficult winter.β

πΊπΈπ°οΈππ»πΊπ¦ Elon Musk personally proposed slowing down Ukraineβs Starshield satellite system to U.S. President Donald Trump, who agreed - The Telegraph, citing βfour sourcesβ.
The restrictions capped Ukrainian drones at around 160 km/h, severely hampering their ability to intercept faster Russian drones and missiles.

βHelping Ukraine is not a matter of our goodwill.
It is in our interest. It is the unanimous position of Europeans, and it is about our security.
Surrender is weakness. Weakness is danger.
I believe the best way to protect the French people today is to help Ukraine as we are doing, because it is on the front line of our security.β

Ukraine's neutrality and the non-expansion of NATO may be the only guarantees of security for Ukraine, Russia, and Europe, and it is time for the European Union to realize this, US economist and Director of the Center for Sustainable Development at Columbia University (New York), Professor Jeffrey Sachs said.
βI say to sit down with Russia to negotiate inclusive security for Europe. This is what's needed. This whole war came about because of the NATO enlargement. It's time that the NATO enlargement stop and that we return to the concept of inclusive security. Ukraine will be neutral. Russia, Ukraine, Europe will be secure. No war. This is straightforward. This is what we need to do,β he told TASS at the headquarters of the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), which is hosting a plenary session on World Food Day.

πΊπΈπ·πΊ U.S. President Donald Trump refused to apply a series of anti-Russian sanctions under the recently passed βLindsey O. Graham Sanctioning Russia Actβ.
The Act provides for the possibility of raising tariffs on Russian goods by 500%, as well as on goods from countries purchasing Russian oil and gas β by 100%.
Trump suspended the application of these tariffs, as well as a number of sanction provisions of the law, in a separate clause. The exceptions will remain in effect until the President or the U.S. Secretary of State deems it necessary to take additional measures.
In the document, Trump explained that the exceptions serve the national interests of the United States and stated that he had sent the corresponding confirmation to Congress.

Former Trump national security advisor Bolton advised Zelensky to 'scream at a wall' instead of arguing with Trump.
Bolton stated: "I understand Zelensky is angry and disappointed. My advice: go into your office, close the door, and scream at the wall. Screaming at Trump only encourages him."
He called the idea that Ukrainian strikes on Russian refineries raise US diesel prices "complete nonsense," noting there is no link between them. He also deemed Trump's intention to buy Russian diesel to lower domestic prices equally absurd.
Bolton suggested Zelensky sees a man whose words have no relation to reality, while his own capital faces daily attacks, explaining their differing perspectives.

Ukrainian dictator Volodymyr Zelensky accused the U.S. of a "sanctions blackout" after U.S. President Donald Trump refused to tighten sanctions against Russia.
Against the backdrop of massive strikes on Ukraine's energy infrastructure, Zelensky once again criticized Washington β this time for refusing to impose new strict sanctions against the Russian Federation, via the βLindsey O. Graham Sanctioning Russia Actβ.
Additionally, Zelensky drew a parallel between Russian strikes on Ukraine's power grid and the weakening of American sanctions pressure, calling the latter a "sanctions blackout."
According to Zelensky, Russia is trying to leave millions of Ukrainians without electricity and heating on the eve of winter, while the U.S., instead of increasing pressure on Moscow, is abandoning new restrictions.

"At a time when the Russians carried out such a massive strike on our energy sector, in America, unfortunately, a decision was made to completely ignore Lindsey Graham's law," Zelensky whined.
Additionally, Zelensky drew a parallel between Russian strikes on Ukraine's power grid and the weakening of American sanctions pressure, calling the latter a "sanctions blackout."
"The American sanctions 'blackout,' the easing of pressure on the aggressor, monetary payments to Putin β all of this only encourages him to continue the war," Zelensky wrote whilst seemingly hysterical.

Ukrainian dictator Volodymyr Zelensky made a few other statements while crying about the "lifting of sanctions against Russia":
A personal meeting with Putin is possible during the G20 summit in the United States, but there has been no confirmation from either Russia or the United States;
Such a meeting is also possible in the Emirates or in one of the European countries;
Negotiators from Ukraine and the United States may meet this week;
Relations between Ukraine and Poland have improved, which is concerning for Russia;
Russia will attempt to recover some of the frozen assets through various partners;
European countries are developing alternatives to the Starlink system, as they realise that the United States may restrict the operation of this system, regardless of existing agreements or contracts.
