⚖️ UN сhief to transmit ICJ’s opinion on Israel’s occupation to UN General Assembly

"The International Court of Justice has delivered today its Advisory Opinion in the proceedings concerning Legal Consequences arising from the Policies and Practices of Israel in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem," spokesman Stephane Dujarric said on Friday in a statement.

Secretary-General Antonio Guterres "will promptly transmit the Advisory Opinion to the General Assembly," the statement added, as it had requested the "Court's advice."

"It is for the General Assembly to decide how to proceed in this matter," the statement read.

Israeli and US military officials communicated several times before today's attack on Yemen.
