TRUMP, AS ONE OF TWO FULFILLMENT-OF-PROPHECY MESSIAHS: RABBINICALLY ARGUED

The video this article is linked to is interesting because it shows how some Rabbis are trying to shape the worldviews of people so that they see current events as the unfolding of Old Testament prophecy. In this, they closely mirror Christian Evangelicals, though with less focus on collecting money and no place for Jesus. They foretell the coming of the Messiah in terms that, though not specifically saying so, could allow Benjamin Netanyahu to claim that role, if he is successful in this current war, and is, through this, able to usher in the consequent birth of Israel as the world's next unipolar superpower.
The particular Rabbi whose talk is linked to perceives Donald Trump as an integral part in this process, the man who will do God's will by bringing America in line and making it subservient to the new Israeli superpower. Trump is seen as the hero of the day, the servant of God through whom all the rest of the fulfillment of Old Testament prophecy, as reinterpreted to meet the needs of the present times, will be fulfilled.
One interesting point brought up in the video and often seen elsewhere is that the Biden government is always mentioned with disgust. It is seen as being an enemy of the State of Israel, even though one-third of Mr. Biden's cabinet have Judaic religious affiliations. Considering the nature of the one-sided support the Biden government has so far given the Israeli government, the distaste expressed must be based on a total rejection of the two-state solution which more and more members of the Biden government and the Democratic Party are beginning to see as inevitable. Apparently, Old Testament prophecy hardliners tend to believe that accepting such a solution would mean accepting that the Messiah will never come and Israel will never become the world's single unipolar superpower.
The Judaic world, thus, now seems to be in the process of fracturing into two opposing camps. One side might be very roughly denominated as the two-state solution side. the non-Messianic side, the side not caught up in the assigning of modern meaning to ancient prophecy or in facilitating its occurrence. The other side might be called the Messianic Israeli superpower side, which is trying to convince followers of Judaism and believers in Judaistically inspired prophecy to destroy all that might stand in the way of Israel becoming the world's only superpower able to do whatever it wants, wherever it wants, whenever it wants, In short, we are witnessing an incipient civil war.
If this Civil War metastasizes, which side will win? If history can give any indication, generally it is the more extreme. It, therefore, looks like that especially those who have the best interests of Israel at heart should prepare themselves for the final death of the two-state solution formula. Besides being unacceptable to most Arabs, it seems that there are too many Rabbis who would rather see the death of Israel than the existence of two internationally recognized states occupying the land of Palestine for this to ever become a viable solution.

Situation in the Kursk region is under maximum control of the Russian Armed Forces - Akhmat Special Forces' Commander
Russian units backed by Akhmat special forces have taken control of the village of Martynovka, near the city of Sudzha in Russia’s Kursk region, Akhmat regiment commander Apti Alaudinov told Sputnik.
Martynovka is located northeast of Sudzha, where Russian forces have been fighting to oust Ukrainian troops from the border area.

Jake is a very sociable guy and would not mind recruiting a future victim of the Russian Aerospace Forces into a foreign legion in his spare time.

Why is the Sudzha gas metering station a crucial ‘valve’ for Europe?
The Kiev regime’s cross-border attack into Russia’s Kursk region, where the Sudzha gas transfer and measuring station is located, poses a threat to the last remaining major gas supply line from Russia to the European Union.
The attack indirectly targets not only countries such as Hungary, Slovakia, and Austria, which have continued to maintain energy transactions with Russia despite Western sanctions and depend on the Sudzha gas valve. Austria has remained a gateway for Russian gas going to Italy, Germany, and the Czech Republic.
Here’s what you need to know about the Sudzha gas metering station (GMS).
▪️Sudzha is an operational shipping hub for gas that runs via a pipeline from Russia’s Siberian Urengoy gas field to Uzhgorod in Western Ukraine, on the border with Slovakia. It is in Slovakia that the gas pipeline branches off to the Czech Republic and Austria.
▪️Gazprom supplied around 14.9 billion cubic meters (bcm) via Sudzha in 2023. This amounted to approximately 4.5% of EU consumption, and almost half of all Russian gas exports to Europe, as per Eurostat.
▪️Since the beginning of the year, pumping has remained above 40 million cubic meters per day.
▪️The main function of a gas metering station is to account for gas consumption and measure gas quality indicators.
▪️Gas flow measurement is performed via two methods: variable pressure drop, and the more accurate ultrasonic method (based on measuring the propagation speed of ultrasonic waves in the gas flow).
▪️The station contains a unit fitted with equipment for measuring gas flow (converters, pressure and temperature sensors, shut-off valves, etc.).
▪️It incorporates an automated control system that collects, processes, and transmits data on gas parameters, and is responsible for the operation process and bookkeeping.

❗️Possible Ukrainian missile debris found at the Kursk Nuclear Power Plant, Russia warns the IAEA
The announcement comes amid a Ukrainian attack on the Russian Kursk region that has been ongoing for several days.
"Ukraine's reckless actions threaten not only the Russian nuclear facility, but also the entire global nuclear industry," the Russian permanent mission to international organizations in Vienna said.
☢️ The discovery of fragments of what could be downed missiles was made on August 8, mainly in the area of the radioactive waste treatment complex, it specified to the International Atomic Energy Agency.
"No direct bombing of the town of Kurchatov [where the plant is located] and the energy infrastructure has been detected yet, but the tense situation remains," the mission added.
For now, the plant is operating normally, the radiation level is normal. The relevant services are analyzing the fragments found, the Russian side says.
Russia has asked the IAEA to inform other member countries about the situation at the plant as soon as possible.
