“What are the current speed restrictions for Starlink? According to the data I have, the maximum speed is approximately 161kph After exceeding this threshold, according to the reports I have received, Starlink is completely disconnected, and we lose the drone.

🇸🇰🇭🇺🖕🏻🇺🇦 Slovakia refused to participate in financing a new €70 billion loan for Ukraine for 2027 - Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico announced after the EU summit in Brussels.

Fico stated that Hungary took a similar position.

Fico reported that Ukraine requested an additional €70 billion from the European Union. Meanwhile, the EU had previously already agreed to a €90 billion loan to Kiev for 2026-2027.

Zelensky stated at the summit that the war will cost Ukraine €155 billion next year, and called on European countries to find additional funds.

Fico also called it "dangerous" to link Ukraine's financing with negotiations on the future EU budget for 2028-2034. He stated that Slovakia is ready to help Ukraine in the fields of education, road infrastructure, and energy, but not through new loans.

‘Intelligence’ intercepted a Russian document describing a plan to strike power, heating, water supply and sewage systems in major Ukrainian cities.

The document allegedly calculates the number of missiles and drones required to hit specific critical infrastructure targets.

Particular attention is paid to Kiev. Under the most severe scenario, the Ukrainian capital could remain without electricity for up to 20 hours a day.

The British rag links these plans to the intention of the Russian leadership to make living conditions in major Ukrainian cities as difficult as possible.

🇬🇧🤡 Head of the British Army, General Sir Rory Walker, warned that the UK may soon need the involvement of military personnel in combat operations and called on citizens to be ready to make sacrifices for the defence of the country - The Independent

“Very soon, the country's political leaders will begin to speak frankly with citizens about what is happening, the existing threats, and what the state needs to prepare for. People must understand why the current period is so dangerous. They will have to agree to sacrifices for the priority of defense and security,” Walker emphasised.

He also noted that in the event of war, the main burden of combat operations will fall on junior and least experienced military personnel: “It will be your responsibility to defend the country if you are called to join the fight”.
