ES: Los arquitectos silenciosos de la vida
Qué extraordinario es que un ser tan pequeño, delicado y aparentemente insignificante sea el responsable de la supervivencia de la vida en este planeta. Entre las innumerables especies que existen (¿quizás billones?), es esta humilde abeja, cubierta de polen dorado, la que encarna uno de los mayores misterios y maravillas de la creación.
Mediante el simple acto de buscar néctar, se convierte en un puente entre las plantas y se encarga de que las flores florezcan, los frutos maduren y las semillas se transmitan al futuro. La abeja no está separada de nosotros, sino que forma parte de una red tan compleja y entrelazada que la alteración de un solo hilo sacude el conjunto.
Esta es la simbiosis en su forma de expresión más profunda: cada especie está diseñada para encajar en la otra, como piezas de un enorme rompecabezas cósmico. Nada en este diseño es casual. Todo tiene un propósito, es armonioso y asombroso en su precisión.
¿Y qué otra cosa podría ser esto, sino la huella de un Creador cuya inteligencia, destreza y amor por la vida superan todo lo que nuestra mente puede medir o describir? La abeja nos recuerda que la belleza, la supervivencia y la eternidad están inscritas en las acciones más pequeñas, transportadas en silencio sobre alas diminutas.

Comme il est extraordinaire qu’un être si petit, si fragile et en apparence si insignifiant porte sur ses épaules la pérennité de la vie sur cette planète. Parmi les innombrables espèces qui existent (peut-être des milliards ?), c’est cette humble abeille, recouverte de pollen doré, qui incarne l’un des plus grands mystères et merveilles de la création.
Par le simple fait de butiner le nectar, elle devient le pont entre les plantes et veille à ce que les fleurs s’épanouissent, que les fruits mûrissent et que les graines soient portées vers l’avenir. L’abeille n’est pas séparée de nous, mais fait partie d’un réseau si complexe et si étroitement tissé que le fait de perturber un seul fil ébranle l’ensemble.
C'est la symbiose dans son expression la plus profonde : chaque espèce est conçue pour s'emboîter dans l'autre, comme les pièces d'un immense puzzle cosmique. Rien dans cette conception n'est le fruit du hasard. Tout est intentionnel, harmonieux et étonnant par sa précision.
Et qu'est-ce que cela pourrait être d'autre que la signature d'un Créateur dont l'intelligence, le savoir-faire et l'amour de la vie surpassent tout ce que notre esprit peut mesurer ou décrire ? L'abeille nous rappelle que la beauté, la survie et l'éternité sont inscrites dans les plus petits gestes, portées en silence par de minuscules ailes.

Entre as inúmeras espécies que existem (talvez biliões?), é esta humilde abelha, coberta de pólen dourado, que encarna um dos maiores mistérios e maravilhas da criação.
Através do simples ato de procurar néctar, ela torna-se a ponte entre as plantas e garante que as flores desabrochem, os frutos amadureçam e as sementes sejam levadas para o futuro. A abelha não está separada de nós, mas faz parte de uma rede tão complexa e intimamente entrelaçada que perturbar um único fio abala o todo.
Esta é a simbiose na sua forma de expressão mais profunda: cada espécie foi concebida para se encaixar na outra, como peças de um enorme puzzle cósmico. Nada neste desenho é aleatório. Tudo é intencional, harmonioso e surpreendente na sua precisão.
E o que mais poderia ser isto senão a assinatura de um Criador cuja inteligência, arte e amor pela vida superam tudo o que a nossa mente pode medir ou descrever? A abelha lembra-nos que a beleza, a sobrevivência e a eternidade estão inscritas nas mais pequenas ações, transportadas silenciosamente por asas minúsculas.

IT: I silenziosi architetti della vita
È davvero straordinario che un essere così piccolo, delicato e apparentemente insignificante abbia sulle sue spalle la sopravvivenza della vita su questo pianeta. Tra le innumerevoli specie esistenti (forse miliardi?), è proprio questa modesta ape, ricoperta di polline dorato, a incarnare uno dei più grandi misteri e miracoli del creato.
Attraverso il semplice atto di cercare il nettare, diventa un ponte tra le piante e fa sì che i fiori sboccino, i frutti maturino e i semi vengano trasportati verso il futuro. L'ape non è separata da noi, ma fa parte di una rete così complessa e strettamente intrecciata che disturbare un solo filo scuote l'intero sistema.
Questa è la simbiosi nella sua forma di espressione più profonda: ogni specie è progettata per incastrarsi nell’altra, come pezzi di un gigantesco puzzle cosmico. Nulla in questo disegno è casuale. Tutto è mirato, armonioso e sorprendente nella sua precisione.
E cos'altro potrebbe essere questo, se non la firma di un Creatore la cui intelligenza, maestria e amore per la vita superano tutto ciò che la nostra mente può misurare o descrivere? L'ape ci ricorda che la bellezza, la sopravvivenza e l'eternità sono inscritte nelle azioni più piccole, trasportate silenziosamente su ali minuscole.

DE: Das muss ich euch erzählen!
Ich habe Löwenzahnblüten gepflückt – pralle, frische Blütenköpfe für Salat und Tee. Ich habe sie gewaschen, auf einem Backblech ausgebreitet und an einen dunklen Ort gestellt.
Am nächsten Morgen öffneten sich die Blüten zur gleichen Zeit wie die auf der Wiese – obwohl sie abgeschnitten worden waren, obwohl sie im Dunkeln gelegen hatten, wussten sie, wann es Zeit war. Und am Abend schlossen sie sich wieder.
Am nächsten Tag traute ich meinen Augen kaum: Die Löwenzahnblüten hatten Samenköpfe gebildet! Der kleine Blütenkopf in der Mitte ist fertig, die gelbe Blüte ist abgefallen und durch zarten weißen Flaum ersetzt worden.
Die Schöpfung ist vollkommen und so mächtig! Ich bin voller Ehrfurcht. Und wir sind Teil dieser Schöpfung.

He recogido flores de diente de león: capullos frescos y jugosos para ensalada y té. Las he lavado, las he extendido en una bandeja de horno y las he dejado en un lugar oscuro.
A la mañana siguiente, las flores se abrieron al mismo tiempo que las del prado; aunque las habían cortado, aunque habían estado en la oscuridad, sabían cuándo era el momento. Y por la tarde se cerraron de nuevo.
Al día siguiente, no daba crédito a lo que veían mis ojos: ¡las flores de diente de león habían formado cabezas de semillas! La pequeña cabeza floral del centro está madura, la flor amarilla se ha caído y ha sido sustituida por un delicado vello blanco.
¡La creación es perfecta y tan poderosa! Estoy llena de reverencia. Y nosotros formamos parte de esta creación.

J'ai cueilli des fleurs de pissenlit – des capitules bien charnus et frais pour la salade et le thé. Je les ai lavées, étalées sur une plaque de cuisson et mises dans un endroit sombre.
Le lendemain matin, les fleurs se sont ouvertes en même temps que celles de la prairie – bien qu’elles aient été coupées, bien qu’elles aient reposé dans l’obscurité, elles savaient quand il était temps. Et le soir, elles se sont refermées.
Le lendemain, je n'en croyais pas mes yeux : les fleurs de pissenlit avaient formé des capitules ! La petite fleur au centre est arrivée à maturité, la fleur jaune est tombée et a été remplacée par un duvet blanc et délicat.
La création est parfaite et si puissante ! Je suis émerveillée. Et nous faisons partie de cette création.

Colhi flores de dente-de-leão – cabeças de flor carnudas e frescas para salada e chá. Lavei-as, espalhei-as num tabuleiro de ir ao forno e coloquei-as num local escuro.
Na manhã seguinte, as flores abriram-se ao mesmo tempo que as do prado – apesar de terem sido cortadas, apesar de terem ficado no escuro, elas sabiam quando era a hora certa. E à noite, fecharam-se novamente.
No dia seguinte, mal acreditei nos meus olhos: as flores de dente-de-leão tinham formado sementes! A pequena cabeça de flor no meio está pronta, a flor amarela caiu e foi substituída por uma delicada penugem branca.
A criação é perfeita e tão poderosa! Estou cheia de reverência. E nós fazemos parte dessa criação.

Ho raccolto dei fiori di tarassaco: capolini freschi e rigogliosi, perfetti per l'insalata e il tè. Li ho lavati, li ho disposti su una teglia e li ho messi in un luogo buio.
La mattina dopo i fiori si sono aperti nello stesso momento di quelli nel prato – anche se erano stati tagliati, anche se erano rimasti al buio, sapevano quando era il momento. E la sera si sono richiusi.
Il giorno dopo non credevo ai miei occhi: i fiori di tarassaco avevano formato dei capolini! Il piccolo capolino al centro è maturo, il fiore giallo è caduto ed è stato sostituito da una delicata peluria bianca.
La creazione è perfetta e così potente! Sono piena di stupore. E noi siamo parte di questa creazione.

DE: Liebe Freunde, dieser Kanal ist für mich ein Herzensanliegen. Der soll Zuversicht, Hoffnung und Glauben an eigene Kraft sprenden und diese Kraft bündeln. Ich glaube fest daran, dass alles im Geiste beginnt, dass der Geist frei zu sein hat. Ich bin fest davon überzeugt, dass wir widerstandsfähig und stark sind, wenn wir darauf vertrauen, dass die Schöpfung perfekt ist und so auch wir als Teil dieser Schöpfung.
Und doch poste ich kaum noch hier. Ich habe Teile meiner Familie in der Ukraine und Israel. Ich bin zu sehr in Sorge, mir fehlt gerade die Geisteskraft, die ich für ein aufrichtiges Gespräch mit euch brauche.
Umso wichtiger ist es für mich, dass ihr noch da seid. Bitte seid im Geiste zusammen jeden Tag um 15:00 Uhr Londoner Zeit und nehmt mich und meine Lieben in eure Gedanken und Gebete mit. Darum bitte ich euch von Herzen.

ES: Queridos amigos, este canal es para mí una cuestión que me llega al corazón. Su objetivo es infundir confianza, esperanza y fe en nuestras propias fuerzas, y canalizar esa energía. Creo firmemente que todo comienza en el espíritu, y que el espíritu debe ser libre. Estoy firmemente convencida de que somos resilientes y fuertes cuando confiamos en que la creación es perfecta y, por lo tanto, también lo somos nosotros como parte de ella.
Y, sin embargo, ya casi no publico nada aquí. Tengo parte de mi familia en Ucrania e Israel. Estoy demasiado preocupada; en este momento me falta la fuerza espiritual que necesito para mantener una conversación sincera con vosotros.

DE: Lichtblicke
Ich hatte einen Autounfall und wartete auf die Polizei mit einem mulmigen Gefühl. In den Corona-Jahren auf diversen Demos wurde ich von der Polizei geschubst, grob angefasst, „kalt geduscht“. Der Taxifahrer, der mich gerammt hat, wiederholte verstört, dass ich gar nicht da war. Am liebsten wäre ich wirklich nicht da, um keine Berührungen mit der Polizei zu haben, am liebsten würde ich ins Auto steigen und davon fahren. Das war keine Option, und ich kämpfte mit dem Widerwillen.
Es dauerte gut 30 min, bis die Polizei antraf. Während dieser Zeit blieben die meisten Autofahrer stehen und fragten, ob wir Hilfe brauchen. „Sind das Menschen, die Teil der organisierten Segregation waren?“ fragte ich mich. Auf welcher Seite der unsere Gesellschaft teillenden Barrikaden sind sie?
Das kümmerte diese Menschen nicht und sollte mich nicht kümmern. Nach den Jahren der gelebten Menschenverachtung sind Menschen menschlich geblieben. Das ist der Lichtblick. Da können wir ansetzen, darauf sollten wir bauen.
Und dann kam die Polizei. Zwei Beamten – Mitte 30 und Anfang 40 würde ich sagen – waren freundlich, empathisch, hilfsbereit. Kein Knopf im Ohr, um Handlungen zu triggern, wie ich sie in den letzten Jahren beobachtet habe. Natürlich fragte ich mich, ob sie mitgemacht haben, mitmachen würden. Ich fragte mich aber auch, ob sie Kinder zu Hause hatten, vielleicht pflegebedürftige Eltern, Hypothek, ob sie es sich leisten konnten, den Befehl zu verweigern und ihren Job zu verlieren. Auch für uns gilt: Das Menschsein ist der Lichtblick.

EN: Rays of Hope
I’d been in a car accident and was waiting for the police with a queasy feeling. During the pandemic years, at various protests, I’d been shoved by the police, roughly handled, and “cold-showered.” The taxi driver who rammed into me kept repeating, flustered, that I wasn’t even there. I really would have preferred not to be there, to avoid any contact with the police; I would have loved to get into the car and drive away. That wasn’t an option, and I struggled with my reluctance.
It took a good 30 minutes for the police to arrive. During that time, most drivers stopped and asked if we needed help. “Are these people who were part of the organized segregation?” I wondered. Which side of the barricades dividing our society are they on?
That didn’t matter to these people, and it shouldn’t matter to me. After years of lived contempt for humanity, people have remained human. That is the ray of hope. That is where we can start; that is what we should build on.
And then the police arrived. Two officers—in their mid-30s and early 40s, I’d say—were friendly, empathetic, and helpful. No earbud to trigger actions, as I’ve observed in recent years. Of course, I wondered if they had gone along with it, if they would go along with it. But I also wondered if they had children at home, perhaps parents in need of care, a mortgage—if they could afford to refuse the order and lose their job. For us, too, being human is the ray of hope.
