The Aligned Council of Australia Ltd (“ACA”) was formed in February 2024 as an expert advocacy collective which represents over 37 organisations and 1.32 million Australians, including lawyers, doctors, accountants, professors, emergency services personnel, community leaders and business owners.
ACA aspires to bring awareness to deeply concerning proposals being put forward by the World Health Organization (WHO) in the name of the next ‘pandemic’. These proposals contradict fundamental democratic rights and basic human freedoms and call into question Australia’s ability to function as an independent sovereign nation.

Dr David Bell, former medical officer and scientist at the WHO, Programme Head for malaria and febrile diseases at the Foundation for Innovative New Diagnostics (FIND) in Geneva, Switzerland, and Director of Global Health Technologies at Intellectual Ventures Global Good Fund in Bellevue, WA, USA.
Professor Ramesh Thakur, Emeritus Professor in the Crawford School of Public Policy, The Australian National University, and former Assistant Secretary-General of the United Nations.
Professor Augusto Zimmermann, Professor of Law at Sheridan Institute of Higher Education and Law Reform Commissioner, WA (2012-2017).
Professsor Ian Brighthope, founder and past president of the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine. He has over 40 years of experience in lobbying for reform of the pharmaceutical dominated medical industry. 49 Republican Senators wrote to President Biden demanding he withdraw U.S. support for the WHO Pandemic “Agreement" and major amendments to the International Health Regulations.
The Senators point out that these 2 documents would:
1. Give the WHO Director-General the authority to unilaterally declare health emergencies
2. Expand the WHO’s authority over nations, infringing on their sovereignty
3. Interfere with free speech
Furthermore, the Senators demand that if the Biden administration continues to support them, they must be submitted to the Senate, where a 2/3 vote is needed for ratification. That’s basic Constitutional law.
