The recent struggle of farmers and livestock breeders against the MERCOSUR agreement, which is being promoted at European level, has shown that organised citizen resistance can halt or delay decisions with serious social and environmental consequences. This is an issue that concerns not just one sector, but society as a whole.

This struggle is part of a broader issue: the protection of the health and balance of ecosystems, animals, plants, insects, and ultimately humans themselves. And it does not stop there.

In the same spirit of responsibility and vigilance, the citizens' group "STOP5G HELLAS" has filed an appeal against the installation and operation of the 5G network. The appeal, after being rejected by the Greek Council of State, has now been approved and will be heard in the European Court of Justice.

We call on citizens to stand in solidarity with this effort, recognizing that the protection of health and the natural environment is a common cause and a shared responsibility.
