Scientific report shows that those in the public who meditate regularly have benefited from mindfulness during the pandemic.

Among other things, they have:
• Increased ability to handle stress and anxiety
• Increased resilience (approximately = increased resilience and resilience)
• Increased ability to deal with working from home and cope with restrictions and shutdown
• Less risk of depression
• More positive emotions than the control group
• Increased well-being and quality of life

Another study, in the leading scientific journal Nature, shows similar results and that the more often you meditated, the less stress, worry and anxiety you got.
The authors suggest a broad investment in meditation in the population to deal with mental health during the Covid 19.

Either you do as your heart / conscience dictates to you, or you do it differently. Pretending that you “hesitated and looked the other way, and seemed to be on two chairs” no longer counts and has consequences.
