The Indian Bar Association has served a legal notice to Dr. Soumya Swaminathan, the Chief Scientist at the World Health Organization (WHO).
Apparently, given the charges outlined in the legal notice, a possible outcome in India for the accused, Dr. Swaminathan, is the death penalty. The Indian Bar Association has outlined very serious charges in that legal notice.
