🇦🇺🇳🇿🇬🇧🇮🇪🇺🇸🇨🇦🇿🇦 A unique judgement has been made in Australia: the mandatory COVID-19 vaccination of police officers and nurses was illegal.

According to the Queensland High Court, the compulsory COVID-19 vaccination in the police and health departments was unlawful because the Commissioner and the Minister did not take sufficient account of human rights. In particular, they failed to consider whether the right not to be subjected to medical experimentation or treatment without full, free and informed consent would be adversely affected by their directive. "Full, free and informed" means no blackmail, no coercion and no financial pressure.
