Remember: Durham filed his Motion To Compel Production of Documents via In Camera Review on April 6.
The only thing that happened was that I think on April 8 or so the Sussmann team filed it's objection to that motion.
It wasn't until April 19 when Sussmann's defense alerted everybody to the fact that the Durham SCO had dropped trial subpoenas on HFA and DNC people that you had the stampede to the courtroom with all the parties filing to intervene to object to the Motion To Compel via In Camera.
Something is in those documents they really REALLY don't want Durham putting HFA/DNC people under oath on the stand and then asking them about it.

As I recall, HFA, DNC, Fusion, Perkins all made assertions that they could defy 2 federal subpoenas for the 1400 outstanding Fusion documents because of a/c priv.
Durham specifically said in the trial subpoenas he wants to put HFA/DNC people under oath on the stand and then question them about these a/c assertions to thwart his subpoenas.
THAT is what freaked them all out and led to 5 other parties rushing to the courtroom to try to convince the judge not to grant Durham the in camera review.

And now after having granted Durham his Motion To Compel The Production of Documents via In Camera review, Judge Cooper now knows that Sussmann's team and all these other parties that filed Motions To Intervene will assert fraudulent claims of a/c privilege to try to defy federal subpoenas from Durham's grand jury.
That precedent has been firmly established.

Not until the summer riots of 2020 did the American Radical Left come close to equaling the wave of domestic terrorism they unleashed on this country in the late 1960's/early 1970's.
It's all been memory-holed. Nobody's supposed to remember the wave of bombings that went on.
The Nation has since taken down this article by Bryan Burroughs. But that's OK.
THAT'S WHAT THE WAYBACK MACHINE IS FOR.
They don't want anybody to remember that in just a one year span in 1972-73, more than 2,400 bombings happened in the United States carried out by the Radical Left?
Too bad. Because The New Media is going to remind people about it anyway.
