Китель с подкладом. На левой полочке подклада расположен внутренний карман с «листочкой». Предназначен для сотрудников органов внутренних дел, имеющих специальные звания полиции , а также для курсантов (слушателей) образовательных учреждении высшего профессионального образования МВД России. Имеет красную окантовку на рукавах. Согласно приказу МВД России № 575, шевроны пришиваются на рукава костюма на расстоянии 8 см от края плеча. На левый рукав пришивается шеврон обозначающий принадлежность к МВД России, а на правый – шеврон , обозначающий службу сотрудника полиции . Можно дополнить шевроны липучками. Кроме того, на данный китель нашиваются погоны с пуговицами, а также укрепляются две петличные эмблемы. Как пришить погон? Для этого, кроме самого кителя и погон , понадобятся линейка, ножницы, игла, наперсток и прочные нитки красного цвета. Обязательно наденьте наперсток, даже если вы привыкли шить без него, так как иногда сквозь погоны игла проходит с большим трудом, и можно поранить пальцы. Если затрудняетесь вытягивать иглу с ниткой из погона, то можно воспользоваться плоскогубцами или пинцетом. 1) Прежде всего, подготовьте погон, т.е. закрепите на нем все положенные знаки различия , так как сделать это на уже пришитом погоне будет гораздо труднее. 2) Берете погон и располагаете его так, чтобы сторона, удаленная от пуговицы , была в упор к шву, который соединяет плечо кителя с рукавом. В то же время, верхний, направленный в сторону спины, край погона должен на 1 см заходить сверху на шов, проходящий вдоль плеча. Другими словами, погон должен быть немного смещен вперед. 3) Вденьте в иголку нитку и закрепите погон к кителю в трех точках: по углам погона, у места, где он соприкасается с рукавным швом и в центре полукруглого среза. Теперь погон будет надежно закреплен и не сместится от правильного положения в процессе пришивания. 4) Затем очень осторожно пришиваем погон по периметру, делая стежки таким образом, чтобы на его поверхности оставались только едва видимые точки в тех местах, где игла входит в погон, а нитка между двумя соседними отверстиями проходила преимущественно с изнаночной стороны (по прокладке) кителя. Тогда нитку не будет заметно даже если она по цвету не совсем соответствует цвету погон . При этом оптимальная длина каждого стежка должна быть около 1 см. 5) Со вторым погоном действуйте по той же схеме. Как укрепить петличные эмблемы? На воротнике кителя - по биссектрисе (линии, делящей угол воротника пополам), на расстоянии 25 мм от угла воротника до центра эмблемы, вертикальная ось симметрии эмблемы должна быть параллельна отлету воротника. Как разместить награды на кителе полиции? На левой стороне груди награды располагаются в следующем порядке: Знаки особого отличия располагаются так, чтобы верхний край колодки медали был на уровне уступа лацкана кителя и жакета. При ношении двух и более знаков особого отличия они располагаются раздельно в один ряд, справа налево с промежутками в 10 мм между боковыми концами звезд в перечисленном порядке. (CSE: CANN)(OTCQX: HERTF) ("Heritage" or the "Company"), is pleased to announce that it has entered into a non-binding letter of intent (the "Agreement") to purchase all of the issued and outstanding common shares of California based Capna Intellectual/dba Bloom Brands ("Bloom") in an all share transaction.

Under the terms of the Agreement, Bloom will receive approximately USD$15 million of Heritage common shares in two tranches. The first tranche of USD$7.5 million will be at a deemed value of CA$0.14 per Heritage share, followed by a second tranche of shares six months after closing at a deemed value of either the greater of CA$0.16 or a 15% discount to the 15-day VWAP. The Agreement also includes potential milestone payments of up to an additional USD$17 million of Heritage common shares contingent upon Bloom achieving certain financial targets over a twelve-month period. All shares issued as part of the Agreement will be subject to lock-up provisions and applicable statutory hold periods.

Bloom launched their recreational brands in California in 2016 upon cannabis legalization in the state. Since then, Bloom has built a scalable, asset-light business model with an award- winning portfolio of products. Bloom operates a hybrid business model where brands are owned in California and licensed to partners in New Mexico, Oklahoma, Nevada, Arizona, and Washington. This model allows for a cost effective and rapid new market launch to capture early shelf space. In addition to the distribution arrangement, Bloom also has 21.5% ownership in its partners in New Mexico and 20% ownership in Oklahoma both of which are license owners.

In fiscal 2020, Bloom's accountant prepared financials reflected revenues of USD$11.4 million. Share Issuance for Previously Announced Agreement with Merida

It’s a bit early for such discussions over at Samsung, as the Galaxy Z Fold 3 is supposed to be the main replacement for the Galaxy Note. The Galaxy S21 Ultra does support the S Pen, but it doesn’t ship with one. The Galaxy Z Fold 3 won’t include a slot to dock the S Pen like the Galaxy Note phonesWhat’s more, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 won’t exactly have a slot for docking the S Pen, like the Galaxy Note phones do. It will also ship with a specialized S Pen, as the company wants to avoid damaging the phone’s display.

It all points to the fact that Samsung may have scrapped the Galaxy Note series a bit early. Samsung may have opted to experiment this year, to see the reactions, and the demand. Depending on the Galaxy S21 Ultra and Galaxy Z Fold 3 sales, the Galaxy Note may make a comeback next year.
