How Self-Sufficient Do You Think You could Be?

I'm sat in my local coffee shop having spent most of my morning working on future projects and now sat with a couple of older ladies talking about being self sufficient, stepping away from the current 'nonsense' as they rightly put it, and being as self-sufficient as possible.

They then told me they were 90 and 91! I gathered later 70's, early 80's!

What was their secret?

The very things many of us have forgotten the importance of because a lot of it has been suppressed, technology and pharma has taken over it's roles and our mindsets have been dumbed down to a 2D 'reality'.

They grow there own food.
They do not take any pharmaceutical products (chemicals)
They barely drink alcohol
They've never smoked
They've never worn make up
They walk everyday
They HATE the news
They've always refused to have a herd mentality

And as one of them ecstatically said ' Always question everything, if it doesn't feel right, it's not right for you'

I'm a big believer in things happen for a reason. I was meant to sit next to those ladies today. It was a kindly reminder of just how vast the gap in conscious reality is between our elders and current generations. It's not their fault, we need to show them the way.

How self sufficient do you think you could be? I can certainly vouch that the more sufficient you become, the more in-tune you become with your inner-self, the greater your productivity grows and the HAPPIER you become.

Just something to ponder over on this fine Thursday.......
