⚡️🤯 There is a powerful shift happening in human consciousness right now, and many people are feeling it in their own unique way.
For some (including us!) it may be showing up as increased anxious thoughts, heightened emotions, restlessness, uncertainty, or even the resurfacing of old attachments, wounds, and feelings you thought you had already processed and moved beyond.
If this is happening for you, it is important to remember that it does not mean you have gone backwards. It does not mean you are failing, and it certainly does not mean there is anything wrong.
Often, when we move through periods of expansion, the universe gently brings things back into our awareness, not because we need to relive them, but because we now have the opportunity to observe them from a new level of consciousness.
Rather than becoming caught in the story, simply observe.
Observe how differently you respond now compared to months or years ago.
Observe the growth that has taken place.
Observe the wisdom you have gained.
Observe how far you have come.
This is an invitation to sit with yourself and recognise the abundance that already exists within your life. Not abundance as something you are trying to reach, but abundance as something that is already present when you pause long enough to see it.
If you are finding this last few weeks challenging, know that you are not alone. Many people are experiencing similar waves of energy and emotion. In many ways, it can be a sign of how deeply connected and attuned you are to the collective shifts taking place around us.
Take time to reconnect with yourself.
Spend time in nature.
Put your bare feet on the earth.
Journal your thoughts.
Reflect on your journey and write about the progress you have made, the lessons you have learned, and the person you are becoming.
Right now, we are being asked to look inward. To focus on our own consciousness, our own healing, and our own growth. To acknowledge the work we have already done rather than constantly searching for what still needs fixing.
As each of us raises our own awareness, we naturally contribute to the collective awakening taking place across the planet. The more we come home to ourselves, the more we help create a world that reflects that same level of consciousness.

CERN shutdown isn’t just about humanity getting one over on the dark.
Whilst it’s shut down there’s a huge window where the organic grid of Gaia that this technology has manipulated for aeons is ALIVE.
What does this mean?
Well as myself, many of our community and podcast guests have been showing over the last year, when we connect to the organic grid, we experience upgrades at a cellular level. Many truths are all brought to the surface beyond all the illusionary fields created by the darks weapons of choice.
Ancient wisdom, gifts and a deeper knowing of who you truly are come online.
If you’ve been feeling mad energies in the body, mind and dreams this week you’ll know what i mean. My DM’s have never been so full with people seeking guidance, for them and their kids.
This is the ‘solar flash’, the EBS, the return of Christ which is all an inside job.
Many prophecies and mediums predicted portals open on the pitch based on ‘movies’ at the World Cup. For me this is metaphoric. You’re shown soldiers from the future coming back to awaken the masses to fight the remaining dark entities. This is the case - but metaphoric.
Our higher selves - our future selves are embodying the human body for the first time in our existence as we become more crystalline, to hold higher frequencies as part of the ascension process. So yes soldiers have come from the future, but in the form of your higher self, and this rapid awakening within the body mind and soul is you being fast tracked in your training, literally like the movie Tomorrows War.
With this comes endless truths of the world. The dark agendas, the scale of crimes against humanity and children, people you thought you could trust are exposing their clear roles. But just like the movie shows portals opening on the pitch, portals are opening through you to experience all of this - hence why millions are seeing the pure corruption, fakery and illusions in this World Cup than ever in history.
So you don’t need to ‘wait’ for an EBS, it’s happening right now through you, for those who have done the work on themselves to be on their highest timeline.

I’ve come to the decision that our up and coming breathwork workshops and courses in the South of England will be our last down south.
This is a personal decision based on what we want to achieve here in Lincoln moving forward and what we’re creating here for the benefit of the collective.
