Are you a man who’s struggling to give up alcohol?
Did you know that alcohol is a legalised Group 1 carcinogen?
It actively causes at least seven different types of cancers: Mouth, throat, voice box, oesophagus, liver, bowel, and breast, yet it’s completely normalised through society and we make every excuse under the sun to consume it.
As someone who’s spent my adult life surrounded by alcohol, and subsequently battled an addiction myself, I’m looking to work with 10 men individually over the coming months leading up to Christmas, when alcohol is in your face at every turn who are ready to quit.
Completely giving up alcohol came at a cost of a lot of inner work, all by myself. I had to face my demons, do the inner work to take full responsibility as to what I was masking. Guilt, shame, pain, childhood traumas, the whole package. Just like millions of men out there right now.
In this work we will strip back what it is that forces men to the bottle. How it masks all the things they need to make peace with, and reconnect them with their spirit. The very thing alcohol disconnects them from.
The work involves coming to our Fort in Lincoln, sitting with me, peeling back the layers by working with the beautiful medicine Kambo, Shamanic energy healing practices plus lots of aftercare.
