Russia has withdrawn its ambassador to Britain, Andrei Kelin, who left his post on 21 July after more than seven years. No replacement has been nominated, leaving the embassy under a chargé d’affaires.

The Russian Embassy stated that Kelin departed “in the hope that a more constructive and respectful dialogue could eventually be restored, should the UK reconsider its policies.” The move follows reports that British-made attack drones were used for deep strikes inside Russia.

The embassy warned that “London’s actions will inevitably carry consequences. The deeper its involvement, the higher the price it will pay.”

Prime Minister Andy Burnham reaffirmed that the UK supports Ukraine “100%” and is “not a fair-weather friend.” Britain continues to maintain its ambassador in Moscow.

We are in the midst of a gigantic effort, using precisely the sacrifices of the Greek people.

An effort is being made to transform the Greek Armed Forces into the strongest and most modern Armed Forces that Hellenism has ever had.

In this great effort, we also need the help of the Virgin Mary.
