➡️ According to the prosecution, the alleged document outlines a long-term strategy to Islamize and destabilize Kosovo, make Kosovo look like Afghanistan, destroy the West support for Kosovo, and its annexation by Serbia.

- Finance and expand mosques, including placing them in highly visible locations and multiplying them in larger villages.

- Expand Islamic religious schools (madrasas) throughout Kosovo, including areas where interest is supposedly lower.

- Use networks from Kosovo, N.Macedonia, Bosnia and Sandzak

- Recruit and spread Islamic influence through people with visibility in sports, media, music and politics.

- Influence Albanian communities in the West, particularly to create divisions between Albanians inside Kosovo and the diaspora.

- Create an atmosphere where people feel they are living in a "foreign state" encouraging young people to leave and others to turn toward Islam.

- Make Kosovo appear radicalized and destabilized internationally, with the aim to stop Western support toward Kosovo.

- Ultimately facilitate Serbia regaining jurisdiction over Kosovo.

- Afterwards, encourage Albanians to migrate to Turkey through religious leaders, employment opportunities and favorable migration conditions rather than direct force.

➡️ Kosovo’s Special Prosecution has indicted him on charges of espionage and blackmail, alleging that he cooperated with Serbia’s BIA and transmitted information and documents concerning Kosovo’s political activities, security situation and state institutions to Serbian intelligence officials.
