—🗳 🇽🇰 NEW: Kosovo exit polls show Kurti's party leading but short of outright majority.
➡️ Exit polls from the parliamentary election indicate that Prime Minister Albin Kurti's Vetëvendosje (LVV) remains the largest political force in Kosovo, though initial projections suggest it currently lacks the numbers to form a government or elect a president without an opposition coalition.
➡️ However, because diaspora vote projections have historically underestimated Vetëvendosje's final share, analysts note the party could still secure an outright parliamentary majority as official ballot counting begins.

—🗳 🇽🇰 WATCH: The electoral process across the northern Serb-majority municipalities concluded peacefully with no security disruptions recorded.
➡️ This calm environment stands in stark contrast to the 2014 elections in the same region, which were heavily marred by widespread violence and the erection of barricades.

—❗️🗳 🇽🇰 NEW: PM Albin Kurti’s Vetëvendosje has emerged victorious in the parliamentary election, though the party recorded a decline in support compared to the previous vote in December.
➡️ Because the opposition has also failed to secure an alternative majority, the results threaten to prolong the country's ongoing political crisis as difficult coalition negotiations begin.

—🇪🇺 /🇦🇱 NEW: The European Union has warned Albania that a luxury coastal resort project in Zvërnec linked to Jared Kushner could breach environmental regulations and jeopardize EU accession talks.
➡️ PM Edi Rama defended the development, comparing Zvërnec to Portugal’s Ria Formosa to argue that environmental preservation and high-end tourism can coexist to drive economic growth.
➡️ However, Rama warned that ongoing protests against the project are actively harming the economy, claiming that early booking cancellations have already begun.

🇹🇷 #Turkey: Two armed attacks were carried out on the Otokoç General Directorate in Istanbul, and a Ford dealership in Antalya, with footage showing suspects recording themselves while they shoot at the business in Antalya.
During both attacks, threats were allegedly issued referencing Rahmi Koç, honorary chairman of Koç Holding, which operates Otokoç and is linked to Ford dealerships in Turkey.
The phrase “Rahmi Koç, greetings from brother Serdar Ertekin” was also heard in the footage, with the incidents allegedly linked to a criminal organization. Reports link the attacks to controversy surrounding remarks attributed to Koç after a joke involving a Kurdish woman.
