—I'm thinking about launching a Balkan Spectator magazine

It would be edited in physical paper and sent by regular mail to each subscriber. The topics covered will be similar to those you can find in magazines such as The Economist and similar ones, but focused on the Balkans.

Its price would be 20€, shipping costs included.

Please, be honest, how many of you would subscribe to it? I would need 40 people for it to be profitable.

Balkan Spectator is a known channel in the Telegram news niche. It is respected by the vast majority of other channel's admins and has a really high engagement rate for its size. The Balkan Spectator brand is not an idea, it's a reality.

Publishing a print magazine is my dream. However, I’m aware that it’s not the only option—and, even worse, it might not even be the best one. Again, that’s okay.

If I need to edit the magazine in PDF and share it with those who subscribed, as a friend of the channel already proposed, I'll do it. And of course, I'll offer more affordable alternatives to those who might want to invest in high quality content at a cheaper price.

🇪🇺🇬🇷 EU passed a new package of its anti-Russian sanctions in a reduced format after Greece blocked any attempts to include LNG in it.

⚡🇬🇷🇮🇱🇧🇷 Greece has approved the purchase of a multi-layer air defense system worth $4 billion from Israel, several types of drones and Embraer’s C-390 military transport aircraft.

Greece wants to build a multi-layer anti-ballistic, anti-aircraft and anti-drone system, called “Achilles Shield,” with Israeli radars and missiles from Rafael and IAI defense companies forming the core of the system.

Greece currently uses U.S. Patriot and Russian S-300 systems to protect its airspace, with plans to spend €36 billion by 2036 to modernize it's armed forces, this includes buying up to 40 new F-35 fighter jets from the United States and FREMM frigates and other vessels from Italy.
