Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina ๐ง๐ฆ Elmedin Konakoviฤ held a press conference in response to the glorification of convicted war criminal Ratko Mladiฤ in Serbia.
He announced the withdrawal of all staff from the Embassy of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Belgrade whom the Ministry has the authority to recall, the transfer of consular services to the Embassies in Zagreb and Podgorica and the Consulate General in Novi Pazar, the suspension of bilateral meetings, and the reduction of communication with Serbia to the lowest possible level.
Minister Konakoviฤ also announced intensified diplomatic engagement with the European Union ๐ช๐บ and its Member States, the United States ๐บ๐ธ, the United Kingdom ๐ฌ๐ง, and the member states of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation.
