Lindsay Clancy’s attorney Kevin Reddington has been DENIED for a THIRD time in his effort to get the murder charges against her thrown out.
Judge William Sullivan rejected Reddington’s latest motion for a required finding of not guilty after he argued there wasn’t sufficient evidence proving Clancy killed her three children.
