- Virtual currency clipboard interception: This hijacking method identifies the cryptocurrency address in the clipboard and replaces it with the hacker's address, causing the assets to be deposited to the hacker's address.
- Implantation of malicious code in the app: When users use the fake app to make a deposit, it triggers a malicious code that replaces the user's deposit address with a malicious address, causing the assets to be deposited to the hacker's address.

- Install anti-virus software and update it in real time.
- Download the app from official channels such as Apple Store or Google Play, and avoid using search engines to find the app.
