Если бы кто-то из нас решил в 2007 году смеха ради написать "День опричника -бизнес- версия", то там бы обязательно была глава про сегодняшнюю сделку с Яндексом. Все в ней прекрасно - и закрытый фонд, позволяющий скрыть истинных владельцев, и оплата в юанях, и "специальный" дисконт в 50% от (уже упавшей прежде втрое) рыночной капитализации, и, конечно супергигантская-инновативная-нефтекачалка - как без нее-то. Наверное, не всем будет понятна ирония моего поста, но простыми словами получается слишком банально: не бывает красивых экзитов из стартапов в тоталитарной стране.
