Metal Hammer has named Blood Incantation’s Absolute Elsewhere as its album of the year.
The progressive death metal masterwork came out on top in an extensive poll of the magazine’s writers and editors. The honour follows the album’s release to critical and fan acclaim on October 4 via Century Media.
Huge riffs and searing harmonics interwove with woozy bass emanations, craggy, cracked-meteorite roars and, at the album’s close, one of the year’s most breathlessly thrilling black metal climaxes.

Для тех, кому важно все-таки понять, что призошло во время пожара собора Нотр-Дам в Париже 15 апреля 2019 года, как пожарные боролись с огнем, и какое решение - трагическое, но в итоге очень верное - спасло собор от полного разрушения, очень рекомендую видео, сделанное Le Monde.
Там есть подробная хроника борьбы с огнем, очень понятные схемы и визуализации работы пожарных, и объяснение того самого решения, которое все спасло: оставить огню крышу и деревянные перекрытия, но удержать от обрушения две главные башни с громадными колоколами внутри.
