The Bank of Russia is filing a lawsuit against the Euroclear depository in the Moscow Arbitration Court today.
- The lawsuit is related to damages caused to the Central Bank by Euroclear's illegal actions.
- The amount of damages consists of the regulator's blocked funds, the value of the blocked securities, and lost profits, the regulator’s press service told TASS.
According to the regulator, the filing is a pre-emptive measure against the European Commission's officially announced plans to permanently freeze the Bank of Russia's funds, as well as plans to use the regulator’s assets for transfer to third parties.
- The amount of the claim is not specified.
- The Bank of Russia will challenge any unauthorized use of assets, the regulator noted.
Procedure for obtaining compensation
The procedure for executing the court order using Euroclear's assets will be determined after the court's decision enters into force, the regulator's press service reported.

#Ucraina Zelensky in persona raggiunge la periferia di Kupiansk (Kharkiv) ad appena 2 km dalle posizioni più avanzate delle forze armate russe mentre l'esercito ucraino conduce il massimo sforzo militare in questo settore del fronte recuperando terreno
Intanto la città di Siversk (Donetsk) che aveva resistito dall'inizio del conflitto è stata conquistata in pochi giorni dai soldati russi. Le truppe ucraine non hanno retto l'urto ed il fatto è visto come sorprendentemente negativo. Si comprende dunque come le migliori unità dell'esercito ucraino sono state concentrate nella direzione di Kupiansk. Zelensky prova a rilanciare l'affidabilità militare dell'Ucraina mentre sono in corso difficili negoziati.
Si conferma dunque l'errore russo di aver rivendicato la conquista di Kupiansk quando esistevano ancora sacche di resistenza interne ucraine raggiunte successivamente dai soldati ucraini al contrattacco.

Molti ritengono che la frode pandemica sia stata creata non solo per ridurre la popolazione e renderla debole e malata, guadagnandoci nel processo, ma anche per vedere fino a che punto la gente avrebbe obbedito ad ordini assurdi.
Possibile, ma già avevamo migliaia di leggi e regolamenti ridicoli per quello.
Ma i globalisti avrebbero potuto voler vedere fino a che punto i governi nelle loro mani avrebbero obbedito ad ordini assurdi.
Pensateci bene: quando mai nella storia avete visto governi di nazioni così distanti culturalmente e politicamente, dalla Tailandia alla Norvegia, fare esattamente le stesse cose nello stesso momento, spesso dopo aver fatto ed affermato il contrario fino a 5 minuti prima?
A mio parere, fino a che non affronteremo il punto principale, che è l'identità dei globalisti e di come controllino governi anche di nazioni potentissime, come gli USA o la Russia, non ne verremo fuori.
