Update: Texas Department of Transportation just CONFIRMED to me in a hearing that they have spent up to $1B+ on contracts that were awarded on the BASIS OF RACE.
And that they have 50 taxpayer funded employees working in their Civil Rights Division, which, according to their current budget requests "promotes inclusion, diversity, and equity."
This is an outrage.

“We are a pro-life state, and it is unbelievable that an executive branch agency hired a Planned Parenthood official to help regulate Texas doctors and the practice of medicine,” said Harrison. “There should be an investigation to determine how this happened, and accountability for every bureaucrat involved.”
