美國最高法院駁回德州對4州選舉訴訟
美國聯邦最高法院11日宣布，駁回德州對喬治亞、密西根州、威斯康辛和賓州四大戰場州的選舉訴訟。最高法院認為德州無權對其他州提出選舉訴訟。
#特朗普 星級律師團隊代表朱利亞尼表示冇咁快玩完 (“we’re not finished, believe me”)。他在訪問中表示，這個侵要求自己以原告身分參與的選舉訴訟，其實嚴格嚟講唔可以算係輸咗嘅，因為駁回案件只是rejected on standing not rejected on merit (although the two Supreme Court justices who said they wouldn’t outright dismiss the case stated that even they would not express a view on whether Texas's attempt to throw out millions of votes and effectively hand the presidency to Mr Trump had merit)。
